It is very close to the beaches (6 minutes from Alghero beach) and the center of the town of Ametlla de Mar. But if you don't want to move, we offer meals typical of the area and natural wines. If you are looking for a relaxed, romantic and intimate weekend in nature. Important: The jacuzzi is not available in May and June, which is why there is a discount per night.

This lovely mezzanine studio has everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. The private terrace outside has a BBQ, table, chairs and amazing views to enjoy your evening glass of vino! The kitchen is fully equipped. Only the Pool area is shared with other guests. WiFi is great 90% of the time.

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.
