Can highly recommend this home. The apartment looks exactly like on the listing. The apartment is beautifully located with view over the sea. Good walking distance to the beach and the nice boardwalk. The host was very helpful and quick to respond if you had any questions about the location. Simply a dream place!

I spent a few days at Agusti's place and the rating was very positive. The house is in a very quiet area and with the beach next door. In addition, it has a porch area and outdoor kitchen that have a lot of charm. As for the host, he was very friendly and attentive from beginning to end. I would book this airbnb again and I highly recommend it.

Perfect space for 2, exactly as described. It has everything you might need for a few days plus a lovely pool and garden area. Andrew and Patricia are very friendly and incredibly helpful. Quiet and peaceful area, 1km from a beach and 1.5km from the marina which has many bars and restaurants. About 2km to Denia town which has hundreds of restaurants to choose from and a pretty Old Town area. Overall, easily worth 5*

I stayed at Carlos’ wonderful apartment for three weeks and loved it. I have mobility issues and the fact that there was a lift and it’s on the raised ground floor was perfect for me. The front and back terraces mean sunshine all day and the complex pool and amenities are fabulous. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. I will definitely book again. Carlos was very helpful, communicative and kind. An amazing stay!
