In each of its two independent rooms, we offer you the possibility of spending a few days as a couple or with the family in the middle of nature and enjoying the pleasure of discovering yourselves between routes, silence, readings, activities, rest, sports... you decide. Choose between its two studios (yellow or turquoise), which you can rent together or separately.

Spectacular views and tranquility. Beautiful traditional country house, renovated with all the amenities and overlooking the Valle de la Murta Natural Park. The 2-hectare orange grove estate climbs through terraces to the mountain pine forest, and features a huge whitewashed private pool. The house is a haven of peace with the best temperatures throughout the year, with beautiful sunsets and just a 5-minute drive to the village's amenities, 20 minutes to the beach and 40 minutes to Valencia.

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Very cozy bungalow fully equipped just a few meters from the beach. The home is located on a quiet, family beach. Ideal for families. During the summer there is the possibility of putting a toy pool. In winter you can disconnect and enjoy its pleasant fireplace. It also includes Parking Square and WIFI. The 3km beach of coastline offers a variety of children's areas, shops, food, clothing, beauty, ice cream shops, restaurants, beach bars, etc.

Cozy chalet for families only Playa Gandía

Cozy villa with garden, a 9-minute walk to the beach. Newly renovated two-story house, 3 bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with 3 beds each), 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, large kitchen and living room with fireplace and air conditioning. It has a charming garden equipped with a barbecue to enjoy summer nights. Inside you can park up to 2 cars. Located in a very quiet family development, so rest is assured.

VIDAL, 100 years old Cottage

Villa in the center of the village, with very hospitable people at an altitude of 769 m, located in the heart of the Alicante mountains is perfect for listening to the silence, having peace and quiet for relaxation and at the same time in an hour you can be on the coast enjoying the beaches, tourism and hustle and bustle in places such as Benidorm, Altea, Denia or Calpe.

El Carmen Rural Suite

The house is very close to the village of Xaló (you can walk) but at the same time enjoy the tranquility and peace of the mountain. Newly renovated and premiered in summer 2018, you'll have all the comforts of an exclusive home. In summer 2020, it was renovated so that guests can enjoy the covered terrace and a swimming pool (alberca) was built for summer days.
