Beach house with a pool

Country house located on the beach, between Tavernes and Xeraco, built in the 20th century and newly renovated. The house is 70 mt and has a plot with a private swimming pool. Features everything you need for a holiday. It has a kitchen with all the utensils, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, toaster...a bathroom with shower, living room with fireplace (we provide firewood), room with a 1.50 mt bed and another space with paraban, where we have a bed of 90, in the living room there is a sofa-bed.

Beautiful Valencian house with terraces and private direct access to the beach of L'Estany. Private parking inside the house, solarium and outdoor barbecue, overlooking the sea. Very close to the traditional fishing area of Cullera and just a short walk from the emblematic Casa Salvador restaurant.
