A bathroom with a large shower tray, renovated in 2024. There is a wifi and elevator. Go down, cross, and you have the beach at your feet.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
