Vacation rentals with beach access in Platja de Gandia

Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. The view from the apartment overlooking the sea and Ifach was superb! Very clean and would certainly use this apartment again if in the Calpe region again. Thanks Sandra!

te sientes como en casa, es cómoda y a pesar de estar rodeada de mucho ambiente una vez subes al piso estás aislado de ruidos, un puntazo el aire acondicionado para esos días calurosos, la ubicación es estupenda tienes el puerto y la lonja a tiro de piedra y las playas depende de cual te guste hay varias, pequeñas o grandes muy cerca también. Por último muy buen precio para la calidad del alojamiento.

Repetiremos sin duda! Amplio, luminoso … y la ubicación insuperable! Frente al mar

Rustige plek. Recent gerenoveerd. Zeer behulpzame host die vlot bereikbaar was en ons hielp o.a. met het zoeken van vervoer en zo. Flexibel, netjes en dicht bij het strand. Hoewel we er waren voor een congres, was het toch leuk om 's avonds en 's ochtends even langs de zee te kunnen wandelen. In mei is het er nog rustig. Ik vermoed dat het er in de zomer wel veel drukker is.

Een prachtig appartement, heel smaakvol en met goede kwaliteit ingericht, en adembenemend mooi uitzicht op de baai van Xavea. Prive Parkeerplaats en alles op loopafstand. Inge en haar team waren uitstekende hosts, met een uitgebreide welkom (inclusief fles wijn en iets lekkers), en altijd bereikbaar bij vragen.

Lo primero y mil gracias a María en todo momento está pendiente de que no te falta de nada y toda la información que te haga falta. El apartamento con aíre acondicionado y bomba de calor sábanas limpias y mantas. El baño muy bien y amplio. Habitaciónes correctas. Salón muy amplio con dos sofás camas muy comodos El apartamento está a escaso un minuto del portal al paseo marítimo y playa, tienes de todo alrededor bares, restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados, alquiler de bicicletas, chiringuitos en la playa zona tranquila no pasa casi coches en la calle y poco transitada de peatones.

Nos alojamos en este piso durante 4 días y la experiencia fue inmejorable. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue clara, rápida y muy amable. Nos recibieron con todo preparado. El piso está impecablemente limpio, decorado con muy buen gusto y equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda: cocina completa, camas confortables, buena presión de agua en la ducha, Wi-Fi rápido y aire acondicionado que funcionaba perfectamente. Además, todo estaba tal como se muestra en las fotos (¡o incluso mejor!). La ubicación es excelente. Nos sentimos muy seguros y a gusto en todo momento. Sin duda, recomendaría este alojamiento a cualquiera que visite Gandía. Si volvemos, repetiremos sin pensarlo. ¡Gracias por todo!

El apartamento es acogedor y tiene todos los servicios tal como se describen. Nuestra estancia resultó acogedora. Tuvimos buena atención para el check in y check out. Estamos agradecidos.

Good location, tidy and clean, with everything you need inside the flat. Nice views from the balcony for the ones that like scenery.

Una casa preciosa, super cómoda y super bien equipada. Muy amables las dueñas! Sin duda repetiremos!!

Das Haus von Antonio ist wirklich wunderschön. Was uns unglaublich gut gefallen hat, ist die sehr gute Ausstattung an Gartenmöbel! Überall war eine Möglichkeit zum sitzen und wenn es unten zu heiß ist, kann man auf der Dachterrasse wo immer eine Luft vom Meer kommt. Weiter war der Grundausstattung mehr als vorhanden. z. B. Küchengeräte und -Gewürze, genügend Handtücher, verschiedene Putzmittel etc. Das einzige was nicht so gut war, war die Reinigung der Toilette und das Geschirr war zum Teil nicht ganz sauber aber das kann passieren und da wir da kein großes Problem daraus machen, war das in Handumdrehen auch wieder geregelt. Wir werden es sicher weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!!!!

Absolut empfehlenswert!! Wurden sofort herzlich empfangen und alles wurde erklärt. Super schöne Unterkunft in der wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Alles sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Check in und Check out waren problemlos. Wir bekamen sogar Tipps wo wir essen gehen können. Ausstattung war perfekt. Man hat alles was man benötigt. Die Besitzerin hat uns auch zur Ankunft Snacks und Getränke besorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Rozana und Cristobal sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Es gibt allerdings kein zweites Schlafzimmer sondern lediglich ein durch Vorhänge vom Wohn-Essbereich abgetrennten Bereich für eine Person. Für uns war das aber ok. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer genossen. Unterkunft ist ca. 30min. von Valencia entfernt. Sehr toll auch die Stände der lokalen Bauern auf dem Weg. Hier konnen wir erntefrisches Obst und Gemüse erstehen. Sehr schmackhaft. Danke nochmal Rozana und Cristobal. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wij hebben onlangs zes heerlijke dagen doorgebracht in een prachtige villa in Cullera, op slechts een half uurtje rijden van Valencia. De villa ligt in een rustige, nette wijk en is ideaal gelegen op loopafstand van het strand. Wat direct opvalt, is dat de woning spiksplinternieuw oogt. Alles is netjes afgewerkt, de kamers zijn schoon en ruim, en het interieur is smaakvol ingericht. Er is meer dan genoeg ruimte voor een gezin, zowel binnen als buiten. Vooral het ruime terras nodigt uit om lekker buiten te eten en te genieten van het Spaanse zonnetje. Een van de grote pluspunten was het prachtige privézwembad, waar onze kinderen werkelijk niet uit weg te slaan waren. Ook praktisch: je kunt de auto gewoon op de oprit parkeren, wat fijn is in deze buurt. Cullera zelf heeft ook genoeg te bieden. Het strand is heerlijk breed en schoon, en een bezoek aan het kasteel is zeker de moeite waard. Kortom: een heerlijke plek waar we ons direct thuis voelden en vlakbij Valencia!

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

Las valoraciones hablan por sí solas. Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Javi no ha podido ser mejor, tal y como se describe. Zona muy tranquila. Todo el apartamento impecable, con TODO lo necesario. Destacar también la atención de Javi que ha sido de 10, todo muy bien explicado y atento por que estuviéramos bien. Nos recomendó muchas zonas de ocio de alrededor y restaurantes, nos dio mucha facilidad con las indicaciones para llegar y entrar al apartamento. Ojalá podamos repetir, muchas gracias por todo.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

You get what you see on the pictures. Really clean, view to the sea, great kitchen! Its a great place to stay and to de-city for a while. The (beautiful) beach is a 5-10 minute drive and really worth it. Communication is flawless and quick, exactly as it needs to be!

Prachtig verblijf om tot rust te komen en toch dichtbij allerlei mooie locaties (zandstrand in Calpe, de authentieke stad Althea, dichtbij het bruisende Benidorm). Jorge reageerde altijd binnen het uur en dacht meteen mee als we ergens een probleem ondervonden. Wel interessant om mee te delen is dat er stilte werd gevraagd aan het zwembad tussen 14u en 17u in de namiddag. We losten dit op door naar het keienstrand te gaan aan het hotel, of naar het strand in Calpe te gaan op slechts 10 minuten rijden. Topvakantie gehad met onze twee kindjes!

Excelente estadía. La ubicación, inmejorable, muy cerca de la playa y con todo lo que necesites cerca. El lugar, súper limpio y ordenado. Definitivamente, repetiría este lugar.

The apartment was clean and spacious and it was a great bonus having 2 bathrooms! Although the apartment was comfortable, and in a great location close to the beach, restaurants and a Spar for groceries, there are a few simple things missing that would've made the stay more comfortable: 1) both shower holders face directly out, so you have to hold the shower head in your hand to shower, and the shower cubicle is very small - a tight fit for any larger person. 2) Although we booked for 3 adults and the apartment can accommodate 4 people, there were only 2 small cups for tea/coffee and very few bowls and plates etc. 3) No extra blankets in the bedrooms. Sadly we didn't have the best weather during our time in Spain and it was quite cold at night, with only a thin sheet on the bed. The host Jose Luis was very flexible, friendly and helpful, if we were staying longer we would have asked for blankets etc. and I'm sure he would have assisted with providing them.

Vi hadde et meget bra opphold i leiligheten. Vi er veldig fornøyd og kommer gjerne tilbake.

El apartamento es precioso, las vistas al mar son increíbles, muy limpio. Con todo lujo de detalles. David encantador, disponible en todo momento, rápido a la hora de responder. La zona ideal para desconectar, descansar y disfrutar del baño en el mar. Muy muy recomendable!😊
