Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Platanias

Excellent location, wonderful host and the amenities are as described. Litsa was so welcoming, gave us homemade bread/cake and also shared homemade lasagne with us. she also offered some toys for our little one and beach towels for us during our stay. highly recommend for the experience and location as restaurants and old town are a very short walk away. koum kapi beach is a 5 min walk as well. couldn't recommend enough..

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und der Ausblick mindestens genauso so schön wie auf den Bildern ! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und haben uns sehr gefreut, das man auch in der Wohnung kochen konnte. Es war sehr schön ruhig und daher perfekt zum runterkommen :). Supermärkte und Restaurants, sowie der Strand waren fußläufig erreichbar. Jurga war super freundlich und war sehr gut erreichbar .

Wir waren 3 Tage bei Gina und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Abends konnten wir lecker bei ihr Essen. Alles ist sehr familiär. Sohn und Mann arbeiten mit. Zum Schluss haben wir leckeres Bio Olivenöl gekauft aus eigener Herstellung. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist bei Gina genau richtig. Gastgeberin mit ganz großem Herz.

To przepiękny apartament, zaprojektowany z wyjątkowym smakiem. Przestronne i bardzo czyste wnętrze, piękna i bardzo funkcjonalna kuchnia, urokliwe patio z drzewkiem cytrynowym. Doceniłyśmy też bardzo wygodne łóżka, dostępną klimatyzację i wiatraki oraz dwie wygodne łazienki. Mieszkanie znajduje się przy cichej i spokojnej uliczce, ale wszędzie jest stamtąd blisko - zarówno do plaży Nea Chora, jak i do portu weneckiego, starego miasta, centrum etc. W bliskiej okolicy (kilka minut piechotą) są też duże markety spożywcze, takie jak Synka czy Sklavenitis. Kontakt z właścicielem jest doskonały. Nie było też głośno, o czym wspominali poprzedni komentatorzy - dzieci na górze chyba trochę dorosły, a psy się wychowały i nie było hałasów :). Drobne minusy do poprawy: w kuchni nie ma nawet solniczki i pieprzniczki - co zwykle jest standardem na Airbnb. Brak też herbaty, nie ma zapasu papieru toaletowego czy nawet worków na śmieci - trzeba się na to przygotować :).

Very nice home and location very nice, walkable to harbor and old town which was very nice! Lots of restaurants! The house was very clean and comfortable and really pretty view of the sea from living room area. The layout was very nice as bathroom on floor of living are and second floor with bedrooms with full bath very nice, lots of room!! My only complaint was, in my opinion, the portrait over master bed was very provocative and also, in my opinion, offensive being a female. Don’t understand why there must be naked pictures of female. This really offended me and can’t understand why??? Laura Rehm

What a comfortable stay we had at Judy and Mike’s beautiful Apartment Francesca! Suited our needs very well indeed. Fabulous location & views. Loved the private patio and relaxing by the pool. Judy and Mike are indeed ‘Super Hosts’, nothing was too much trouble. Recommended some fabulous taverna’s. It was a pleasure meeting them and their lovely dogs! Why we loved the location: Plenty of walks from the doorstep. Vamos only a short distance with excellent taverna’s and a great coffee shop next to the tourist office in Vamos Old Town. A short drive to Kalives which has a beautiful beach and seafood taverna’s on the beach front. Look forward to our return and would love to stay longer next time! Εξαιρετική εμπειρία!! Μείναμε σε αυτό το υπέροχο Airbnb και πραγματικά ξεπεράστηκαν οι προσδοκίες μας. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, άνετος και πολύ προσεγμένος – αλλά αυτό που έκανε πραγματικά τη διαφορά ήταν το προσωπικό. Από την πρώτη στιγμή μας υποδέχτηκαν με ευγένεια, χαμόγελο και αυθεντική φιλοξενία. Ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμοι για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε, πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν με χαρά και καλή διάθεση. Δεν ένιωθες απλώς επισκέπτης – ένιωθες καλεσμένος! Η αίσθηση ζεστασιάς και σεβασμού που μας έδειξαν έκανε τη διαμονή μας πραγματικά αξέχαστη. Τέτοια εξυπηρέτηση σπανίζει και αξίζει να αναγνωρίζεται. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε! 🙌✨

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Wer gern für sich ist und weg vom Tourismus will ist hier genau richtig. Die Unterkunft war sauber und absolut ausreichend. Der Whirlpool war unser Highlight.

We had a lovely week in Crete. The accommodation was beautifully presented with great amenities. The perfect balance of the privacy of your own villa with the benefits of a small resort. Poppy and Alexandros were extremely helpful and accommodating - thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything described and shown of this property is undervaluing its delight. This is beautifully and perfectly placed in Chania. It has everything you need within the property, whether there's 1 or 5 staying. There's lots of do within easy walking distance, including the delicious Periplous restaurant down the road, the sea opposite, and that view!! --- blissfully divine perks of the location Antonis and Nikos are so helpful and considerate. From my welcoming arrival, it was a serene joy and so simply perfect I could live there. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for hosting. Είναι όμορφο

Konstantinos’s place is perfect. The location is beautiful and only a short drive to some of best beaches we have ever been to. The pool is so lovely and surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. I have never had a shower with such a good view! I wouldn’t change a thing and would recommend to anyone.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine. L’hôte était toujours disponible pour répondre a nos questions. Le logement est a proximité de la vieille ville de Chania et les transports en commun sont a proximité. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour passer un beau séjour. Merci a l’hôte de nous avoir offert une belle bouteille de vin pour notre anniversaire.

התארחנו בוילה עם כל המשפחה (12 איש, כולל ילדים קטנים ותינוקות) – והייתה לנו חופשה נהדרת! הוילה מרווחת, מעוצבת בטוב טעם ומאוד נוחה לשהות ארוכה. המטבח היה מאובזר לחלוטין – לא היה חסר לנו כלום, מה שהפך את הבישול והארוחות המשפחתיות לקלות ונוחות. המארחים היו אדיבים, זמינים תמיד, ונענו בשמחה לבקשות מיוחדות שהיו לנו בנוגע לילדים. למשל, במהלך השהות ביקשנו מחסום למדרגות בשביל שהתינוקות לא יפלו – והם הגיעו והתקינו אחד מיד. שירות יוצא מן הכלל! החצר והבריכה היו גולת הכותרת – נעימות, מטופחות, ריהוט גן חדש ויפה עם נוף מהמם. נקודה קטנה למודעות: החדרים נמצאים בקומה התחתונה וצריך לרדת אליהם במדרגות מתוך הוילה, אז אם אתם עם תינוקות או עגלות – קחו את זה בחשבון. ממליצים בחום – חוויה משפחתית מושלמת!

Wonderful stay! The location is incredible. It’s in a beautiful area with historic alleyways, very walkable but not right next to bars so it’s not very loud at night. There is some noise at night as people are walking home and sit outside, but nothing that prevented us from sleeping well. The space was very clean and perfect for our stay. Michalis was a wonderful host and made us feel very comfortable and took care of everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

Mathios en Lilian, ontzettend bedankt voor het fantastische verblijf. Het heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. We hebben genoten van de heerlijke luxe en het comfort, het ontbrak ons aan niets. Samen met onze 3-jarige zoon hebben we een geweldige tijd gehad en volop genoten.

Perfect place to stay while in Chania and exploring Crete. Close to everything but on a charming quiet street tucked away from the noise and crowds. Next to some of the best restaurants in town. Apartment was private, spacious and very clean. AC worked great. WiFi was ok. One thing to note is stairs are steep and second bedroom is accessible through the first bedroom, up another flight of stairs and , detached and on the rooftop space with a nice seating area and hot tub. Everything was great though and would highly recommend!

Fantastic place. Great views from the sun terrace overlooking the bay, so could sit and watch boats and cruise ships on their way to Chania. Only 5 mins walk down a gentle hill to the beach, shops & restaurants. Felt very private, although there were other apartments there, it is laid out so you are not overlooked. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and apartment staff were there every day keeping the pool and surrounding areas clean & tidy. Gas BBQ on the terrace was great. Good choice of restaurants along the beach, as well as a few small supermarkets in the centre. 40 mins drive from the airport and well positioned for visiting Chania (which was beautiful) and exploring the area. We had a thoroughly relaxing stay and have already recommended it to friends, and would definitely stay again. Kreta Eiendom's team were very responsive, when we had a small issue during our stay.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour chez Elina , grâce à notre hôte qui nous a partagé ses bonnes adresses, eu des attentions délicates, durant notre séjour (chaussons grec aux épinards et fêta, faits maison). L' appartement est fidèle aux photos, il est très confortable et agréable, en étant proche de la veille ville, de La Canée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci Elina

The apartment, its location, and the hosts’ hospitality are simply impressive. The room had everything we needed - even sun hats, beach towels, and slippers. A separate crib was provided for our son. The apartment also came with a juicer, toaster, coffee machine, coffee, tea, and plenty of food. However, the place is better suited for couples without small children. Our 1-year-4-month-old son constantly wanted to go up and down the stairs (which isn’t very safe) or out onto the balcony. Still, he managed to enjoy the beautiful views and woke up saying ‘wooow.’ 😁 The water at the beach is perfect for small children and peaceful relaxation. We had a wonderful vacation! Nearby, we discovered a lovely restaurant called Halepa with incredible sunsets and delicious seafood - highly recommended.

This Airbnb is just like the photos and worth the distance from Old Town (about 0.4 miles). The terrace wraps around the entire flat and has many seating options in sunshine and in shade. It’s surrounded by beautiful, well-cared for plants with a stunning view of the Sea of Crete and of Chania itself. You can take the stairs or there is an elevator. The hostess left some local treats for us as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers! Absolutely top notch! There is also air conditioning if the fresh air is too warm. The hostess was friendly and responsive. This was the best of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed in throughout Europe. The only thing to note is that the electricity is only on when the card is in the holder by the door. So, if you leave with the dryer or dishwasher running or charging devices, they will pause until you return.

The host was very helpful in every way, and walking distance to everywhere. It was our first time in Crete and I would highly recommend per home due to its location

The flat was perfect, especially if you have a rental car. It was a great base to explore Crete, enjoy the proximity from Chania, and come back home by the end of the day. It's very spacious and has a home feeling, very well equipped, extra clean. We were even able to cook some nice food in the oven. Definitely worth a stay, keep in mind it is not in the city center though.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! Aggelos is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. He provided recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. The place is very close to the downtown area with many shops, restaurants, and bakeries. It was also a quick walk to the bus stop. We could not recommend this place enough!
