This 3-bedroom apartment is a large new 140 m2 tastefully decorated home with a large 30 m2 terrace with a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. The three spacious bedrooms each have a very large king size bed (180 cm). The apartment has a very good fiber optic Wi-Fi connection. It is located in the center of Martinique, ideally located for both work and vacation, close to beaches and shops.

The sea fills the eyes and the heart, the pelican ball diving to fish in front of the apartment, wifi that works well, the air conditioning welcome in the room. Jackie was very responsive and Flora adorable, a gem.

T2 Modern Spacious Sea View

The place is just amazing. More spacious than it appears in the photos and with AMAZING equipment. There is absolutely everything so that you feel "at home" (household products, electrical equipment and even salt and pepper!). The residence is really secure with parking, perfectly quiet and a fairly unique view (especially when you are on the pool roof). In addition, the rental is almost in the center of the island so ideally located to do a maximum of activities. On the other hand Johan and Candy are extremely attentive to the well-being of the occupants and are fully available to improve the comfort in the accommodation as well as during the stay. I've done a lot of rentals and this is by far my best experience. Recommended without hesitation!

The perfect place to stay to explore Martinique! The area is quiet and everything is within easy reach. All the most important information and items are available. Bernadette and Wil are always available for questions and tips. It was a very enjoyable stay.

I spent a few days at Genevieve's place. When I arrived, I had a nice surprise, I was upgraded. The environment is quiet, perfect for relaxing. I would recommend Genevieve's place.

Very nice apartment, true to the photos and even more. Beautiful terrace and beautiful sea view. Well decorated and clean apartment. Bed and bedding are great. Rarely seen such a well-equipped apartment. Ideal for visiting northern Martinique. The only downside is that the building and its surroundings are dilapidated. Note, however, that the corridors and pool area are always very clean. All in all, we loved it and would definitely recommend it.

An outdoor terrace features white furniture, including two chairs and a small table. The space is surrounded by a wooden railing and offers a view of the horizon at dusk, with soft lighting enhancing the evening atmosphere.
