Il offre un beau jardin clos partagé avec piscine, chaises longues et lit de jour. Toutes les installations extérieures sont partagées avec les propriétaires. Vous profiterez dans un cadre agréable et reposant, d'une situation idéale pour un séjour touristique .Les commerces sont à moins 10 minutes.

Cet appartement de 3 chambres est un grand logement neuf de 140 m2 décoré avec goût et disposant d'une grande terrasse de 30 m2 avec une très belle vue sur la mer des Caraïbes. Les trois chambres spacieuses ont chacune un très grand lit king size (180 cm). L'appartement dispose d'une très bonne connection wifi par fibre optique. Il est localisé dans le centre de la Martinique, idéalement situé aussi bien pour travailler que pour passer des vacances, proche des plages et des commerces.

Bedroom with Kingsize Bed with view, bathroom with walk-in-shower and separate toilet. This appartement is accessible to persons with reduced mobility. Located in Schoelcher, close to restaurants, stores and the cinema, you can easily explore the whole island, swim with turtles or simply admire the sunsets.

T2 Moderne Spacieux vue mer

Le logement est tout simplement extraordinaire. Plus spacieux qu'il n'y paraît sur les photos et avec un équipement INCROYABLE. Il y a absolument tout si bien qu'on s'y sent "comme à la maison" (produits ménagers, équipements électro et même sel et poivre !). La résidence est vraiment sécurisée avec un parking, parfaitement au calme et une vue assez unique (surtout lorsqu'on est sur le toit piscine). De plus la location est quasi au centre de l'île donc idéalement situé pour y faire un maximum d'activités. D'autre part Johan et Candy sont extrêmement attentifs au bien être des occupants et sont entièrement disponibles pour améliorer le confort dans le logement ainsi que durant le séjour. J'ai fait pas mal de locations et celle-ci est de loin ma meilleure expérience. A recommander sans hésiter !

Die perfekte Unterkunft um Martinique zu erkunden! In der Umgebung ist es ruhig und es ist alles schnell erreichbar. Es sind alle wichtigsten Informationen und Gegenstände vorhanden. Bernadette und Wil stehen jederzeit für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

J'ai passé quelques jours dans le logement de Geneviève. A mon arrivée, j'ai eu une bonne surprise, j'ai été surclassée. L'environnement est calme, parfait pour se reposer. Je recommande le logement de Geneviève.

Très bel appartement, fidèle aux photos et même plus. Belle terrasse et belle vue sur la mer. Appartement bien décoré et propre. Lit et literie super bien. Rarement vu appartement aussi bien équipé. Idéal pour visiter le nord de la Martinique. Seul bémol, le bâtiment et ses alentours sont vétustes. Noter, toutefois que corridors et enceinte de la piscine sont toujours très propres. Somme toute, nous avons adoré et on recommande sans faute.

Excellent séjour chez Pascal et excellent séjour su l'île ! Je recommande vivement ce logement si vous devez visitez la Martinique. Pascal est un excellent hôte. Le logement est fidèle à la description et plutôt bien situé tout en étant au calme et proche des commodités.
