Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Plage du Midi

Our second time here. We still love the location close to beaches for swimming, SUP and kayaking as well as easy to walk to the Croisette or jump on the Palm Bus. The balcony has a very nice & calm view to the sea and will rarely be too hot.

Marco is a wonderful host, he accommodated us with a change in check-in time. The property has a great location, 5 minutes from Croisette

What a fabulous stay in this wonderful flat, perfectly located in Antibes' old town, beautifully furnished, with everything that is possibly necessary, decorated with style, you instantly feel on holidays. The vibes and energies are great. Warmly welcomed by Thierry himself, who remains available to help out. There's literally everything needed to enjoy in and around the apartment. Thierry is simply great, very patient, super kind, an adorable host that makes you feel welcome and at home! We definitely recommend and can't wait to return!

Sarah is a perfect landlord and the apt is perfect in both location and views. Recommend it to anyone who would enjoy some days in Antibes!

Beautiful apartment with eclectic decor. Incredibly beautiful balcony overlooking the forest and the sea. Unique quiet and undisturbed location, with short walking distance to the old town of Vence. I would definitely recommend the place as a starting point for a holiday in Provence! Fabienne is quick and good at communicating🌟

Really enjoyed our stay here! Lovely large apartment, two bedrooms, modern bathroom, a kitchen with all the mod-cons. Gorgeous 2x outdoor spaces/gardens, it was a home away from home so that we could relax on the evenings after Cannes film festival. Claude was responsive and flexible with us arriving early (while the apartment was being cleaned) so we could drop our bags, get changes and head out for the day. I would return!

Kevin was by far the most thoughtful host I’ve experienced throughout different continents and cultures. He took time to show us around the property, recommend local dining spots, point out the grocery store across the street and their hours, and was overall very welcoming. His property was pristine and super peaceful, with direct beach access and a lovely garden view. We will definitely be back!

I lived there together with my family for one night. very cosy, comfortable, and quiet house with a back yard garden. it is almost on the top of a hill, so you can overlook the sea. very good view and beautiful nature. i hope to live there forever

Great warm welcome from Christiane, René and little Lola! The exterior is beautiful and the totally private pool/summer kitchen space is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in privacy. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings by car (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, etc.); the village center and the supermarket are literally a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Thank you for this idyllic break!

Sandra and Mauro are very nice and helpful people. We felt right at home. You can't imagine a better check-in. We were welcomed, everything was explained to us and we felt safe and secure. Sandra and Mauro's hospitality was really great. The rooms were all clean, you had everything you needed and the view from the terrace is overwhelming!

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay in Jerome's rental, everything is done to make you feel even better than at home. Brigitte, her mom who welcomed me, is super nice and helpful. I had a pleasant stay with my two dogs, super happy to be able to frolic in this large wooded area and to take walks to discover the bories and beautiful villages of the Var. What happiness!

There were three of us at Celine and Julien's house in early May 2025. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thank you both for that. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting extensive hikes. The pool offers a very nice and popular way to refresh afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen is huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Céline is really friendly and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we have everything we need. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just down the street from the building is super convenient and there are plenty of things. Listing matches photos, usually clean. Just a few old age marks (cabinet door and squeaky shutters). Otherwise the accommodation is in a quiet residence and well placed to reach the city center whether on foot or by car.

We had a great time at Stephane's, the apartment is sublime, located , in a green setting, with high-end services. Super quiet ideal for a good rest after a day of getaway. Ideally located, you are a short drive from downtown Saint Raphael . We stayed a little week and took the coastal road to get to Nice and Monaco , what a pleasure , breathtaking landscapes, there is no to say the Var is the most beautiful department in France 😍😍 We warmly thank Stéphane for the quality of our exchanges and the kindness accorded to our two four-legged companions who accompany us during our holiday. We'll be happy to come back to Stéphane's place to enjoy the beautiful pool 👍
