This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Come and stay on the famous old port of Cannes in a 12 m sailboat that can accommodate 6 people with all the comforts for your stay. View of the Suquet, a stone's throw from the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette. 3 bedrooms with quality bedding, a kitchen equipped with oven and stove, barbecue,.... Bathroom and toilet. The port gives you access to a laundry room as well as additional shower and toilet sanitary facilities.

A nap on the water, 8-meter sailboat at the dock

Parking included next to the boat. It is located at the atypical port of La Rague, between Mandelieu and Théoule. - 300 m from the beach - 1.4 km from the center of La Napoule and its shops - 5 km from Mandelieu, as for the Croisette it is only 10 km away. Ideal for seaside walks. Sheets, pillows, blankets or duvets depending on the season and towels are also included. Boat rented to stay at the dock. Not recommended for small children or non-swimmers (from experience).

Spacious and cozy boat

You will stay on a 12 m boat at the dock with 2 beautiful cabins, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with a double bed, TV and toilet. A salon with sofa, folding table, TV, 1 shower, 1 equipped kitchen. It offers reversible air conditioning. Outside you can have an aperitif and your meals, you can relax with the mattresses at the front Restaurants and bars at the foot of the boat. Close to beaches. Cannes train station: 6 km Golf Juan station: 500 m Nice Airport: 21 km Parking

Here is the possibility to live in an original way up to 3 people in a pleasure boat. Attention boat only intended for the dwelling, it can under no circumstances leave its location. The accommodation offers a kitchenette, a toilet with 2 cabins. The boat is located at the Cannes marina 50 meters from the Palais des Festivals. Unable to get a better location. Comfort rather rudimentary but you will enjoy the facilities of the harbor, toilet shower, washing machine.

Comfortable boat in Cannes, 50 m from the "red carpet"

Beautiful habitable boat in the heart of Cannes, 100 m from the Palais de Festival, all comforts, kitchen, cabin, toilet/shower, large convivial space. Beautiful setting, views of the old town and the Palace. Luxurious marina toilets a few meters away. Heating/Air conditioning if needed. Proximity to restaurants, pubs, shops. Please make sure you don't have seasickness... (it's still rare, in 3 years of renting I've only had 2 cases, the boat is stable).

Exceptional sailboat in Cannes Croisette.

Santana is an exceptional sailing yacht, which has been sketched by Humphrey Bogart. Santana is ideally moored in the old port of Cannes. In a long side, making it easy to get on board, on the same quay as the yacht club with its regularly maintained sanitary facilities, vending machine for snacks and tasty coffees, washing and drying machines. Ideal for a quiet ‘maritime’ break close to the town centre.

Cannes close Palais - Sailboat 3 cabins

I stayed on the yacht for 8 days, including the MIPIM (big property conference in March) period. Absolute perfect spot in central Cannes. Unlike so many of the rather grotty apartments I have stayed in over the years, not only was the boat super central, but with access to the shower block, which appear to be cleaned almost constantly during the day, the showers, toilets etc were spot on. We did have a skipper lined up to go out for a day’s sailing, but unfortunately the wind was very strong on the day I had in mind. Loic had very kindly arranged everything, so was all very straightforward. Already considering a return stay!

Mellonia sailboat

Fantastic host, fantastic sailboat in immaculate shape with everything you need for cooking. The bathroom on the boat works great but I had no problem going to the ones in the marina a few feet away. This is the 15 year I have attended the Cannes Lions Festival and it was so convenient to be right next to the palais but for some reason I felt every morning I was miles away. Thanks Caroline!

Gerard was a great host! Easy to communicate with and very responsive when things went wrong (the air conditioning broke and he got it fixed our first day). Very friendly, and helpful and his English is so perfect I didn't use my French. The harbor is a perfect location for walking around town, you'll be close to the market, shops, restaurants, train station, etc. The harbor shower facilities are totally adequate and very clean (bring flip flops) and it's all very pleasant. Cannes gets hot in the summer and you're exposed so bring sunscreen, hat, etc. The Port wifi is okay, but if you need to do video calls, you should expect to tether with your phone. We stayed for Cannes Lions and had no problems looking presentable for meetings and hosted very small groups for drinks on the boat. It was a hit.

Stephan very pleasant upon our arrival, an impeccable stay in a setting and an exceptional location despite an overwhelming heat. My failed mobile phone at the bottom of the sea disrupted a little communication with Stephan who can't be held responsible under any circumstances.
