A spotless accommodation and very well located. In a quiet residential area and close to the forest for beautiful walks. A real little cocoon where you can feel good with a fenced garden, great for our little fur balls! Super well-equipped, there is really everything you need in the accommodation! We arrived independently but Annabelle and Laurent were very responsive and clear in their instructions. We strongly recommend!

The ideal place to spend a few days on the coast, in a setting with crazy charm. We are delighted to have found this Landes pearl, and had a hard time leaving it. The accommodation has everything you need, and is perfectly located, in the middle of the golf course, close (by car or bike) to the lake and the ocean. David and his wife were very available, from booking to our departure. They are charming, pleasant, and attentive to their tenants. We would recommend it in a second.

Very good stay. The accommodation is very good, functional, close to all attractions (beaches, restaurants within 10 minutes' drive). There is a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower, a small bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with a double bed and a sofa bed. Perfect for a couple with or without children! The owner lives in the semi-detached house and is very nice and responsive. We'll be happy to come back:)

Maud was very friendly, warm and welcoming. She showed us some places to visit, and recommended lovely restaurants and was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The house is clean, tidy and has everything you need. It is in a quiet area and walking distance to all amenities, and the beach is about 2kms away. Highly recommend.

Beautiful villa in a quiet environment! The villa is beautiful, very practical, each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet which makes it easy for everyone to be independent during the stay. The amenities are of quality and everything is done to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. Our stay here (3 days) went very well!

The location is excellent, 3 minutes from the beach. It has a parking space right next to it, very convenient. Perfect apartment for 2-3 people, with all the amenities, terrace overlooking the port. Wi-Fi would be appreciated.

Very warm welcome from Hélène in a peaceful, very clean and very functional accommodation. Small peaceful terrace on a quiet garden in a very pleasant setting. We had a wonderful stay in Capbreton. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and even more than expected. The kitchen had every amenity to prepare all meals, and we really enjoyed the plancha. The outdoor space is very comfortable - our dog enjoyed the wild forest garden above the pool area as well. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We would return!

We stayed at Alexandre's for a week. The apartment is true to the photos, located in a quiet and peaceful residence, close (<5 min walk) to the seaside. The house is very well equipped, we did not lack anything. Parking is free and right next door. We would recommend this listing and would not hesitate to return!

The house has the most beautiful view in the area, as you can see the lake and in the background also the sea and can hear the sound of the sea. Very tasteful decor and a nice terrace. Damian was very friendly and helpful. A perfect holiday week!

We had a wonderful weekend at Agnès and Jean-Marie's. The apartment is carefully renovated, the garden is a real plus, and everything is nearby. Thank you for hosting us, for your sympathy and for your culinary advice… so good that we leave with 4 pastis landais in our suitcases! We won't hesitate to come back and stay at your place.

New accommodation with all the necessities and bedding at the top , quiet residence except in the morning, a company is just across the street that wakes up early enough and stops quite early too ... fat morning complicated ... Close to everything: Penon center, market, shops, restaurants and beaches ... all on foot!! So crest very enjoyable! Private parking. No TV channels so either you have subscriptions via the apps or no TV. There's something to do with the people going out … fortunately there weren't many people going out 😁 Overall: appreciable!

Amazing house for surfers. Big garden with lots of space for drying wetsuits and storing boards. Kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed the stay!

We had a pleasant stay in a clean and well-appointed apartment, close to the beach, forest and bike path, although located in an aging residence (currently being renovated). The plus, the provision of two bikes is an asset for this rental that allows you to walk around without using your car. We would gladly return for a longer stay.
