I celebrated my 35th birthday with a few close friends and we all fell in love with the home! Very cozy, clean and everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away! Ira was a wonderful host and was easy to contact! Would definitely come back to this location!

Fantastic home/cabin in Pollock Pines near Sly Park. Nicole first and foremost was a fantastic host, very proactive, which is wonderful. If I had a question she was always super quick to respond, which makes it easy and no waiting around which I greatly appreciate. The home was immaculate, cozy and had all of the amenities. We loved how it was laid out with a queen bedroom, king bedroom, and another queen bunk with Trundle so quite spacious for three bedroom. Each bedroom had a very large walk-in closet also lovely along with the spa tub in the master along with the shower. The balcony is lovely as well with a hanging lounge and nice eating area as well as barbecue. beds, very comfy and cozy and all linens provided. About a mile from Jenkins Lake, great for paddle boarding hiking. We hiked the waterfall trail, which was gorgeous lake itself was a beautiful greenish blue and we definitely planning a trip back. Would recommend this house to families, girls trip! Hour from Sacto!

I cannot begin to explain how lovely Linda’s place is. The house is adorable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals. We spent so much time in the back garden. It’s a tranquil paradise. Very dog friendly with the yard being fenced all the way around. Linda is an amazing host. Very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. We truly enjoyed our stay and will consider coming back. Thank you, Linda.

We stayed at Levi’s place to go rafting at Middle Fork American River and it was a great stay.

My friends and I were in town for a wedding, and this was the perfect Airbnb to stay for the weekend! The town of Plymouth is quiet, peaceful, and picturesque. The Airbnb met our needs perfectly! The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the check-in/out process was very easy. I would highly recommend this home!

Paula’s place is great! It’s really nice and the pictures don’t do it justice. The serene landscape, farm animals, and sweet antique decor make it feel like an escape to grandmas house! Complete with a sweet snack upon arrival.

we had a lovely stay. the beds were comfy and the space was quiet and super clean. we even extended the stay 2 extra nights! will definitely stay here again, next time we come back to Placerville!

Wendy was an excellent host! We were looking for a large home to host our annual overnight work retreat and this was perfect. It’s about a 15 minute drive from Beal’s Point at Folsom Lake, perfect for a lake day and recommended to us by Wendy. The home was luxurious and clean with a fully stocked kitchen and tons of indoor and outdoor seating, including a hammock! The laundry onsite was especially handy after a lake day. Wendy was very responsive and flexible with our requests for an earlier check-in and later check out. There is also lots of parking in the garage and driveway. If it’s available, we hope to have our retreat again here next year!

This experience exceeded our expectations! Wendy and Richard are the best hosts we have encountered, the space is top notch and well appointed, the view from the balcony is exquisite…close to markets, shops, and great restaurants. If you like to bike like we do, this location is only a short drive to the American River Bike Trail, which is a Class 1 trails/no cars, for 32 beautiful miles one way! We were sad to leave, but will be back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place! It was very clean, including the outdoor pool. The kitchen and coffee bar were well-stocked. Ashley was quick to respond when we reached out to her. The house was in a great location near restaurants, stores, and outdoor recreation. I would highly recommend!

Jacque was a very accommodating host. She was very responsive to any questions posed. Her property is amazingly beautiful and we had complete privacy. The views were magnificent and the area has tons of history. I would definitely return here.

pool house was great very private, quiet, clean! All very updated. street parking was not a problem. stores restaurants close by pool was very nice we were there for 2 weeks and never ran into the owners in the main house very private! We did text Izzy a couple times he got right back to to us. washer dryer was right there too that was so nice. we had a great stay and will plan to stay their again in future. thank-you So much

Beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable poolside studio in a lovely residential neighborhood. Lots of food options a short drive away. I can’t say enough about the pool cabana!I’ve stayed in lots of Airbnbs and this one is one of the classiest and most comfortable. It’s tastefully decorated, done with high-end appliances and thoughtful touches, and felt like home to me. The pool view is peaceful and relaxing - sitting by it is even nicer. Tina and Chilli were welcoming and friendly - but I always felt like I had privacy. I’ve never been to Sacramento before but after 3 days in the cabana and exploring the city, I’d definitely like to come back and stay longer!

My family and I had a lovely stay at The Blackbird - the house and surrounding area were beautiful and Janine was a great host. I would definitely stay here again!

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.

The cottage was very nice, with great views, tall ceilings, huge sliding glass doors, and perfectly set up for two couples. It was extremely clean! We had a great stay!

Lovely mid century home in a great location!

Had a wonderful time. Dark skies for the stargazers. Saw some house finches, quails, bees, robins, goldfinches, vultures, ravens, and dragonflies.

Jenny’s unit was as advertised. Wonderful value for the space/location. Would come back again should we be attending future events in the area. Very clean and comfortable - felt right at home.

Shannon’s place was lovely. Great space indoors and out for 4-6 people and our huskies. Beautiful redwoods in the yard and visits by turkey and deer. Close driving distance to restaurants. Shannon’s place is very well equipped with anything you would want or need for dining, sleeping and relaxing. I always appreciate a property that feels like someone’s home rather than a hotel. Shannon’s place was exactly that. Shannon is a very responsive, communicative and helpful host! I should add that there are great vineyards and the lovely Sly Park nearby that we weren’t able to explore because we were in the area for a graduation in El Dorado . Would love to come back, stay st Shannon’s & explore more

Penny’s place is truly a hidden gem—a peaceful escape from reality. My husband and I both work, go to school, and juggle raising kids, so we were long overdue for a quiet getaway to reconnect. Sanctuary in the Pines was exactly what we needed. It’s calm, quiet, and surrounded by nature—perfect for slowing down and just enjoying each other’s company. You really can't describe the experience fully in words... you just have to go and feel it for yourself. Penny is hands down the best host we’ve ever had. She’s incredibly sweet and thoughtful, and always responds quickly if you need anything. Her warmth made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. If you're looking for a place to relax, recharge, and reconnect, this is it. One tip: don’t make the same mistake we did by arriving late at night—come during the day so you can enjoy the gorgeous drive in and take in the views. Thank you, Penny, for such a special and unforgettable stay!

My husband and I had stayed at Cynthia's place several times before and always had a great experience. As I was traveling to the area by myself for the first time, I was happy to see that her place was available for the dates I needed for my grandson's high school graduation party. Cynthia is a great communicator both before and during the stay. This has always been may experience with her. I feel like she is an old friend now. I appreciate the snacks and well stocked coffee/tea station. My little dog and I had a great stay. Thank you, Cynthia! I will definitely be back!

What a lovely experience at this property! The working ranch with a vineyard, creek,chickens,alpaca, goats and even a few puppies was refreshing! It was so thoughtful of the host to give us fresh eggs and a bottle of homemade wine! The veranda style deck, hot tub and expansive views of the mountains was so relaxing. The house had plenty of rooms to have your own space yet areas where we could all gather with great views. I would definitely stay here again! Just lovely!
