It was one of the most pleasant stays I have experienced, the apartment in addition to being clean has been recently renovated, it is very functional due to the presence of the two bathrooms furnished with taste and impeccable in cleanliness. Well-furnished bedrooms in every detail, nice chromotherapy light on the headboard of the bed, in each there is a clothesline outside the window. The kitchen also has everything you need, new and well-maintained utensils and pots, and airtight containers. Alessandro is an available, friendly and responsive host, he did not let us miss anything and met all our expectations and needs. A contact not to be missed, we will definitely be back!

The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment in Porto Pollo, Sardinia. Upon arrival, we were seduced by the setting: breathtaking sea views, a quiet and preserved environment, and direct access to a beautiful beach. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Every detail seemed to have been thought of to offer maximum comfort: quality bedding, functional kitchen, air conditioning, and a small terrace where we loved to eat. The welcome from our hostess was up to the place: warm, attentive, with valuable tips for discovering the region, and good restaurants. A real little piece of heaven, which we would recommend without hesitation.

A very nice place, very comfortable, very clean and very new, the bed is super comfortable Simona responds very quickly. Very thoughtful, when we arrived the house was fresh, they had turned on the air, there was fresh water, coffee, sugar, milk, breakfast options, etc. A 10. If we come back here, we'll definitely come back

We loved staying here! The apartment is beautiful, and we spent half our trip sitting on the balcony enjoying the gorgeous view of the water and dock. The hosts were super helpful and beyond friendly when we had to slightly change our travel plans as well! There are many beautiful restaurants just a minute or less away, and a supermarket across the street too. We plan to come again, it was magical!

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

We love the place. It had plenty of space for the four of us. The department is right above a wonderful restaurant. And walking distance to many restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the northern part of Sardinia, overall just a great experience experience.

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

My wife and I spent a wonderful few days in Sardinia, and Andrea’s apartment was the perfect base for exploring the northeastern part of the island and its beautiful beaches. Andrea was an exceptionally kind and helpful host—always easy to reach and full of great tips. The apartment itself was lovely and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.

Our stay at Kimso's place was great! The instructions are clear, and we had no complaints. The amenities were ideal for a family of 4. We recommend it.

Great spot for some restful downtime. Agostino and his wife go above and beyond to help get you to the right spot, troubleshoot any issues, & provide a welcoming nature to Baja Sardinia. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent experience at Lucrezia's apartment, the accommodation is cozy and cared for in every detail that make it original and personal. The added value is the beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a great view (sea/mountain). Keep in mind the tranquility of the place. Lucrezia is a punctual host and available. We definitely recommend it.

We had a great week at Giuseppe's place. His wife was very available and kind. A very quiet area not far from the beach, small supermarket, nice restaurant and the main road to discover around. Olbia within 30 mins. Budoni 5 mins away. A great pool, clean, beautiful, equipped chair etc….. Thanks a lot

The stay and the apartment was very nice. The view of the sea and Corsica from the balcony is beautiful. The location of the Appartement is very good. The nearest beach is a few minutes' walk away. The Capo Testa can also be reached on foot in 15 or by car in 5 minutes. Santa Teresa can be reached in 15 minutes for strolling, shopping or dining. Many thanks to Antonella and Claudia. We really enjoyed it.

Good location and accomodation. Great to have new pots and pans, usually these are scratched beyond useable. The bedsheets might need some upgrade, then it would be perfect.

We spent a wonderful week at Ilaria's with our sons (4 + 5 years).😊 The apartment was very clean and very quiet. Ilaria was extremely helpful and always quick/very easy to reach. Our absolute highlight was the dinners on the terrace/balcony with amazing views. The highlight of our sons was the beautiful pool.
