Brunch lunch cafe is located opposite, there is also a K-market and beach nearby. The house is located in a quiet courtyard. There are staircases on the pathways. Wifi. Keypad, Check-in 24h. Sleeping arrangements: 160cm wide double bed and 80cm sofa bed in the cottage. A double bed 140cm wide in the loft and a single bed 80cm wide.

Idyllic, over 100-year-old wooden house with yard near the center. 3 fireplaces, a simple sauna in the basement, a modern kitchen, and a lush garden in the summer. Great access to the city center, university, and Nokia Arena about 10 mins on foot. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a home for those who love the vibe of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in an old house envelope, I recommend choosing a hotel.
