It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

A calm outdoor area features a spacious salt-water swimming pool surrounded by a stone deck. Comfortable lounge chairs are positioned under a shaded umbrella. Vibrant greenery and decorative plants frame the pool, contributing to a serene atmosphere. A playful float adds a pop of color to the water.

Very quiet, cozy and picturesque place, which borders on a forest and an olive orchard. The interior layout of each villa is very functional and suitable for 10 people.
