Loved our stay here! Great getaway close to a beach. The hot tub was very enjoyable and back yard area was nice. Host was also very helpful and friendly! Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We had an amazing time at Wendy's place! The whole property is very beautiful, and the cabins and main house are perfectly decorated for a relaxing and luxurious feel. All the beds were very comfortable, and it was so nice for everyone to have their own space. Everything was spotless, and you can tell Wendy takes great care of her property. The hot tub is large, clean and easy to use. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. We instantly felt relaxed and at home in the space. The location is perfect, easy to find, and you feel secluded but are very close to towns and wineries. Lastly, Wendy is so very wonderful, and helped to make my mom's 60th birthday extra special! We will definitley be back!

It was truly an amazing experience. I will definitely be back when I need to get away from the city. Everything looked just like the pictures and the horses made the whole getaway beyond unique. My new favorite destination! Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing stay at Amy’s place in Port Dover even though the weather did not cooperate. The place is spotless, comfortable and very well-equipped. Loved the fenced in area and deck and perfect location for our puppy, Chambly. Within walking of all great restaurants, shopping and beach in Port Dover as well as being close to some great wineries and breweries that also accepted dogs. Overall, a great airbnb with a very responsive host that I would highly recommend.

Cynthia's home provided amazing views and beautiful sunsets. Our family vacation was memorable because of all the spaces indoors and outdoors that enabled us to appreciate the lake and natural surroundings. Cynthia was responsive to all of the little questions that popped up and we got to take advantage of so many restaurants and fun activities on Lake Erie and Lake Chautauqua. Our family of ten would stay again in a heartbeat!

JR is an excellent host. He provided a warm welcome and local tips for places to eat and visit upon arrival. Easy to communicate with and always willing to offer support and help if needed. He reached out in advance about check-in and check-out times, which was appreciated. We went to Long Point in the Fall to see the bird migration and the Millie is ideally located, just a five minute bike ride from the Long Point Bird Observatory. Not to mention the stunning beach scenery at your doorstep. Lots to explore and see in the area. The Millie is an old fashioned cabin, but has been well equipped by JR and has lots of charm. It was a very comfortable and restful stay. The whole collection of cabins looks like it would be a lot of fun to rent with extended family and friends. Thanks again JR.

We greatly enjoyed our stay with out fur babies. It was a tranquil retreat with a stunning panoramic lake view. The host was extra thoughtful and had a welcoming coffee/tea/hot chocolate station, smore kit at the indoor fireplace, many family focused games to play and a few essentials like a first aid kit and flashlights. The beds were sooo comfy and there were extensive bathroom linens. You'll find the sweet geese family adorable and a joy to observe. Plus, the fire place was a grand pleasure to gather around during the damp spring weather. To summarize, we greatly enjoyed our little vacation from reality at this location.

Cottage had a beautiful view!! Check in and check out was easy and Lily was very accommodating and responsive.

Private cabin made for a peaceful stay for me and, for my dog, an exciting place to run around wooded trails and sniff. I was impressed with how communicative and responsive the hosts were, and that they were helpful in letting us know what to expect and what to pack. The cabin is truly off the grid but with cell reception. No water or electric, though they had a battery powered light, composting toilet, firepit to cook outside with wood provided, and inside stove to stay warm. Bring everything as if you were camping, minus tent/sleeping mat. What a great upgrade from camping to stay in a real bed! You can pack heavy, as the hosts will give you a ride to/from the cabin on a wagon pulled by their tractor. It’s maybe a half mile along a rough terrain road between the cabin and where you will park your car, so far enough back in the woods to feel very private and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again to explore more of the trails.

Lovely Cabin, it was nice to have a weekend off grid and enjoy the nearby trails. Very clean and amazing hosts!

Absolutely stunning view and a perfect spot for a quiet writing retreat. The space was peaceful and inspiring, certainly ideal for recharging and getting some work done. I’d definitely choose it again for a small group getaway or solo escape.

We had a great stay at this cabin! It looked exactly like the listing photos - clean, charming, and well-equipped. Loretta was very responsive and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The drive to the cabin was absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful farmlands along the way. It’s also conveniently located, just 15-20 minutes from the city. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with quick access to town!

BOOK THIS PLACE!!! If you are making a trip to check out the falls and the tourist area, just stay here honestly. Super clean, excellent views, adorable and peaceful. The area surrounding the tourist attractions of this part is not really impressive. Paul’s place though, was superb. Beautiful views and such a clean campground. The cabin is actually a lot bigger than the photos really. The two twin bed area has a private area and door. The bathroom is full size and great water pressure. The campground itself is all friendly people and staff. Lots to do and see there. Only about 25 minutes from all attractions for families but a very easy direct drive. Do not even bother staying at the hotels by that area, this place is 1000000x better. Clean, quiet, beautiful and comfortable.

Such a great place: very private, quiet and serene place to stay! No danger of disturbing other guests when you come and go. The wildlife is great: we saw deer and heard wild turkeys (anticipated) but we also saw and heard barred owls - such a treat! There are lots of places to visit on the lake like Bemus Point and Chautauqua Institution. The little town of Mayville has a great little eatery called Music for your Mouth if you want to grab some breakfast/lunch. The deck held our flat top Blackstone (we think 22") perfectly if you so desire to bring one with you (there is a perfectly good charcoal grill.) Kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking. If you want to be in the woods and very private - this is your place!

My family and I had a great stay. The weather was not in our favour but we found lots to do in the air bnb and surrounding area. The kids loved the hammock over the dinning area and the projector. The place was clean and has everything you could need in the kitchen. The property has a shed full of outdoor activities including bikes (bring your own helmets). The kayaks and canoe were really nice to use on the channel despite windy conditions. The home itself was really unique, everyone loved architecture and the main level shower. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing week at the cottage. Local amenities, including the beach, are only a quick walk away. The outdoor space was as great as the indoor space. Would rent again!

This is the perfect getaway. Scott and Sandra’s place is even better than it looks. There is a huge amount of space to roam and the cabin and outdoor kitchen area are thoughtfully designed. There are many little touches that make one feel cozy and welcome such as the fairy lights that come on at night or the bottle of water and glasses in the cabin. There are carp in the creeks and horses in the pasture. Can’t recommend enough.

A great stay at a wonderful place. Perfect get away 🙂
