We had a very nice time in this home. The location is excellent: in a quiet area, close to the sea and a grocery store, which was very practical. The layout of the house is comfortable and functional, ideal for relaxing with friends and family. The courtyard with trees gives it a special charm, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Once we turned on the fireplace and the stoves, the temperature was maintained very well and we were very comfortable. The host was always available for any questions and both check-in and check-out were very comfortable, both in terms of time and manner. Definitely an option to return.

Marcelo’s house is gorgeous. We were a party of 8, and we spent a long weekend to celebrate my wife’s birthday and mine as well. Marcelo’s house is spacious, at a private location and on the beach. One side of the house perched on the beach with amazing sea views and the opposite overlooking the trees’ tops of the beautiful Cariló’s forest at a beautiful endless swimming pool. The house has an excellent indoor spa with another pool, a sauna and a hammam. Also it has an indoor table tennis area. Rooms are neat, spacious and confortable. All three upper stories connected by an efficient elevator. Lastly, Alberto, Marcelo’s house keeper, was super cordial and always ready and eager to assist at each and every detail or minor issues we’ve asked or raised. Hope to return to stay at this amazing sometime soon.

Great place great host!

Our stay was just perfect. We travel as a family, six people and our beloved pet, and we all enjoyed every corner of the house. It's a beautiful place, equipped with all the necessary and more. The garden is a true oasis, the grill was ideal for sharing unforgettable moments, and the wood-fired home gave our nights a warm and welcoming touch. Everything was spotless and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to create unforgettable memories in such a special place!

The place is excellent, Nico is a genius. If you go in winter, don't worry about the cold, the radiant floor makes you feel like you're on the beaches of Camboriú in the middle of January. A luxury.

Great apartment! Super comfortable and modern. The balcony is a dream, with a grill and armchairs to rest. Hugo is always attentive and looking for a solution to everything. If you're hesitating to stay here, do it. You won't regret it.

The apartment has everything you need to stay, comfortable mattresses, clean sheets and towels, fully equipped kitchen, meters from the sea with private entrance to the beach, an incredible view where you can see the sunrise sitting in the chair, clean and tidy, garage next to the elevator. It is perfectly located, you can walk downtown and enjoy a walk in the forest. We went as a family and had a great time. Pablo is the best!! Thanks Pablo!! We'll be back!!

We had an amazing stay, the facilities are the same as the photos. Excellent location if what you are looking for are days of tranquility and silence. Departure to the beach in 10 minutes by car.

The accommodation is very nice , everything was spotless . The quality mattress and sheets allowing for an excellent rest. The location is very accessible to walk to downtown . Very helpful to have laundry I would only add some cooking utensils such as cutting board, strainer, scissor or blade . The rest is spotless ,worth it

The apartment has nice amenities as pictured. It is a super quiet place and at the same time close to downtown and the beach. By car in 5 min this. Something that may be useful for the future, is that the room is missing an air conditioner, although there was a small fan. My rating would be 4, 8/5 from the place and 5/5 from the host. To highlight the day we had to go, it allowed us to leave later on the apartment and with a very good predisposition. Thank you Francisco and I recommend it.

Very comfortable and is as shown in the photos of the publication, very few meters from the beach, the bedroom is very comfortable, it is excellent that it has 2 bathrooms with showers, the terrace a 10. Javier was a genius, he was always very attentive from before getting there, during the stay and until we left the depto. We will definitely be back.

We spent 4 great nights as a family. The apartment is in excellent condition, comfortable, clean with beautiful views from the balcony terrace with its grill. Ideal for a family barbecue. The building's amenities are very good, especially the heated pool and the dry sauna. The location is excellent, literally steps away from the shopping mall and 2 blocks from the main supermarket. The building has a garage, a game room with board games and ping pong. And the apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. I definitely recommend it and I would come back. Communication with Mauro was excellent.

We had an excellent stay, The apartment was spotless, just like the photos or better, very well equipped and in an unbeatable area. The indoor pool is heated and has security. We could not enjoy the rest of the amenities in the apartment because the location was incredible and we had beautiful days that always invited us to go out, so we will not hesitate to return to enjoy the experience that invites this residence. Both Eva and Carlos are always attentive to any need or help they can offer!
