Lautaro we entered and we had problems with the hot water but Lautaro answered very quickly and resolved very well. The description of the area is wrong, we took a surprise for the better since it is very nice pinamar Norte. I would definitely add a microwave and a Lavarropas and come back again! Lautaro is very friendly and answered all my concerns. I would highly recommend it

The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, the building is practically new. They welcomed me very warmly and were flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which made everything even easier.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is very spacious and bright, the balcony-terrace is a plus as it allows you to enjoy the evenings eating and having a drink outdoors. It's also worth noting how clean it was when we arrived. Nicolas is an excellent host, he responds quickly and any concerns or requests we had were resolved in minutes. We'll be back!

We had a few beautiful days of rest together with my sisters and a puppy, and I can say that the apartment met all our expectations :). Everything was luxurious, we had a great time. - the apartment is beautiful - the complex is very quiet, it has a heated pool, a huge park, sauna, security and double covered garage. - Arturo takes care of and resolves inquiries and problems - the location is good, lots of nature, ideal for a walk and to breathe. It only has a few details to improve maintenance, but nothing too serious. I would definitely go back.

The apartment is very comfortable! It has all the necessary elements to cook and use the grill. It doesn't have air conditioning in the living room, but with the air conditioning in the rooms and the fan, we were super comfortable. Highly recommended for 3 adults or 2 adults and children.

Very nice monoambient, ideal for going to the beach that is two blocks away. The mattresses are very good and the shower is excellent. Also the kitchen is complete in case you have to do something to eat. Highly recommended.

The apartment is really very comfortable, fully equipped with quality furniture, spacious, and the balcony with ocean views is the plus that makes it worth it. Very nice complex, the amenities (gym, sports area, heated pool and pool) are very good. The pool is very well located, since it is in the middle of the way to the sea, allowing you to cool off on the way back from the beach. The service from the complex's security staff was very good, super friendly and willing to solve any issue. The hosts were proactive and willing to solve any problems, perfectly compensating for any unforeseen situations that may have occurred. The beach is very quiet, excellent. A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus! The complex and the apartment are beautiful..!! The pools too..!! It has a restaurant and also a very complete market..!! The only bad thing is that the guards or the consortium won't let you in with the car to take the suitcases in or out... but they're minor things...!! After that, everything is fine..!!

The stay in the David apartment was a very pleasant stay. Ideal for all ages. The place is shown as in the photos, the most important thing is cleanliness, it is very comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and has all the utensils and dishes complete and clean, it has a very nice balcony with its own grill that we use to celebrate the New Year. All are in good condition. It has its own garage with easy access, a very nice community pool and barbecue area, the pool was cleaned frequently. David was always attentive and responded instantly.
