Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Outdoor feeling in the city. Our 14 feet cruiser fun finder is parked in the back of our lot in a quiet residential area in central Tucson. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.

Tiny Home. Very private. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of land surrounding. Separate driveway And huge lot area. Dog Ok. NO CATS New, extremely comfortable Queen memory foam/gel mattress in the bedroom and brand new Queen memory foam mattress in the pull out couch. This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.

Great location in the Northwest Foothills that gives a feeling of being in a tranquil retreat. We are situated 15 minutes from downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona. In an hours drive you can be at Mount Lemmon for some skiing or cool crisp mountain hiking.
