Arrowhead Farmhouse, Spacious home, scenic views

JessRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was our second stay at Sarah’s home. It was even better than the first time! The family felt right at home as we did the first time. I would highly suggest the front porch for morning coffee and the property is fantastic for a morning walk as well. Plenty of room for the kiddos to play outside. They are great hosts and I would highly recommend! 😊

My two sisters and I enjoyed our stay. It was so comfortable and homey and had everything we needed. I especially loved the very hot water in the shower and the heater in the ceiling above the shower.

Admiral Fuqua House - 4 BR 2 BA Millionaire's Row

Couldn’t have had a better stay. This was hands down the most responsive host I’ve ever had when renting a home. They reach outed with detailed, clear instructions and were sure to follow up with you. They answered any questions we had within minutes and went above and beyond to be accommodating and helpful. We can’t wait to stay here again next time we are in town!
The exterior of a two-story Italianate home is shown, featuring a striking red facade with white shutters. A welcoming porch is highlighted by two chairs and decorative woodwork. The front yard is landscaped with mulch, adding to the home’s historic charm.

Helm house

LorileeRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Bookish souls, do not miss a trip to Hannibal, Missouri, one of America's great literary towns. And when you do, come stay at the Helm House, a beautiful dwelling which is both cozy and grand at the same time. (The man who built it, Judge Helm, was a friend of Abraham Lincoln's, and it's very close to the Unsinkable Molly Brown's birthplace.) We had everything we needed to cook several meals there as we enjoyed some great family time with our son and daughter in law. We loved the location and hanging out inside and on the dreamy front porch. Note: Bring your own coffee, or go for a coffee run at several nearby coffee places.

Gypsum Hill

Our stay was great! The only thing I was surprised by (should have read provided amenities more closely... my bad) there was no blow dryer. I'll have to check more closely in the future. That would be my only suggestion!

The Eleanor Davis House with POOL

KathleenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Charming step into the past fitting for a visit to Hannibal to explore the life and times of Mark Twain. If you want modern bathroom luxury then maybe it won’t be for you but the clawfoot tub with shower and other antique bathroom furnishings was a quaint and functional experience. Kitchen was well stocked - even parchment paper for the oven that we were happy to find. The historic home has everything you need to be comfortable but yet feel like you’re in a living museum with a life and past of its own. It’s filled with beautiful antique furniture and tastefully done to mix old and new. Plenty of street parking and walking distance to most local sites and two grocery stores not far away. Enjoyable experience.
