The house is a rustic stone and wood house in the Apuan Alps park, an ideal place for those who want to take walks in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen and has a wood stove or heat pumps for heating, a double sofa bed, and on the second floor the full bedroom and full bathroom, and outside a terrace, then a loft with a single bed.

A large and bright detached house just outside the center of Pietrasanta, in a very quiet area but without giving up easy walking access to the most lively areas. Large and cozy living room, complete state-of-the-art kitchen, two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The original building dates back to the 1940s but was completely renovated in 2023, to perfectly combine tradition and innovation.
