Welcoming and private 45 m² apartment on the 1st floor of our annexe. Independent entrance and parking. Edge of village but within 5 minutes of shops and restaurants. Great views across our land and lake. Bright and clean accommodation. Ideal stopover for work or on route to the south and on to Spain; or for longer stays to explore the local area with its' medieval towns and chateaux, apples and madeleines, porcelain, limousin beef and cul noir pigs.

My little house is located 20 minutes from Limoges and 5 minutes from Nexon. (20 minutes from Highway A20) A lot of charm for this large living room with fireplace, (wood for a fee) dining room with well-equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric oven and two gas burners) open to the garden. Bathroom with toilet and window. Mezzanine bedroom with baby bed, on request. Sofa convertible into a 120 bed for one person TV and internet access.

Gîte Périgord

A cozy and renovated gîte in a stone house, with completely independent access, in a small quiet village on the borders of Périgord Vert and Périgord Blanc, in the land of truffles. In one day you can easily enjoy all that Périgord has to offer, 10 minutes from Brantôme, 20 minutes from Périgueux and 5 minutes from all shops. Private terrace and garden. This place isn't suitable for infants.

The Herbes Folles gîte is located in a traditional barn restored into a comfortable home. Located on a hill, you will overlook the valley and the many surrounding valleys. It is the perfect base for exploring the charming medieval villages and green landscapes of Périgord. The rental can accommodate up to 10 guests: it's a great place for family gatherings or stays with friends!

It offers the relaxation you need with self catering accommodation and is the ideal place to forget about stress and to unwind. Please note: The parking is for one car only. A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.
