This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Charming 90 m2 house in the center of Augignac. Ideally located 9 km from Nontron, 4 km from Piegut and 3 km from the Grand Pond of St Estèphe. Recently renovated accommodation. You will feel at home in this house that I tried to do with taste . A local will be with you during your stay, a cute little cat that I brought back from one of my trips. You can put your car in the courtyard or leave it on the street which is quiet.
