We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.

Our 65sqm large apartment is located on the 1st floor of our detached single-family house and has a wonderful view of the countryside. You live very relaxed and quiet here.
