We had an excellent stay at Anna's place in Leo Gardens. Nice and peaceful with an amazing pool. The apartment has everything you need for a short or an extended stay. We would definitely stay again next time we visit.

To put it in advance, we love this apartment and the great communication with the hosts For us an ideal place for a great relaxed. Vacation. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Nevertheless, we recommend renting a vehicle - scooter , so you can explore the wider area and do shopping. 7/11 is not far The condo was barely booked and we were practically always alone by the pool. The direct location on the beach is fantastic, even there hardly any people despite high season, only occasionally walkers. Free choice of pool or 10 meters further the sea. The furnishings of the apartment are loving and well thought out. Small things were also thought of, such as replacement batteries, replacement light bulbs, etc . A box of chocolate and chips was also ready upon arrival The wifi had a technical issue and was very slow . The air conditioners work well Also excellent is the great direct view from the sea and the beach when you open the window

The condo is by far the nicest one on the beach, the building is well taken care of looks attractive from far away. Its in the countryside in a little village with farms. you must have a car because even 7/11 is not close. But about 30 minutes of driving will get you to Lotus or Makro to buy food. And there is Farmers Market in town on Mondays & Fridays 3-7 pm. come early because it gets crowded & no parking. The beach is just behind the pool but you must be careful with the tide while swimming it can come in and cover the beach with water making it difficult to get back to the entrance to the pool. I drove my car to the beach just a block away to swim because I thought it was safer. you can see this beach from the condo balcony. The condo has a big nice water & dryer for washing your clothes or sheets. This condo has everything for long stays. It is the most beautiful condo we have stayed in Cha Am, Big nice rooms lots of space for a whole family. The 4th bathroom is a nice touch. We would Love to stay here again.

We only stayed at the apartment for one night but had two lovely days there. The apartment was super new and everything very clean. There was a lot of bedding and extra things, water in the fridge, a selection of toiletries, etc. The view is great! We saw a fantastic sunset in the mountains. The apartment is small, but we knew that. With two small children, it was very cramped. For this, the facility has many things to offer for children! A game room, sports equipment and of course the beautiful pool. The facility is very well maintained and the staff super diligent and friendly. Thank you!

The apartment is amazing. Its located a bit far from the main street but you can take the green bus, which are really cheap. The place were it's located the apartment is unbelievable you have everything around what you need, so i recommend hotly:)))) Thank you a lot Vee :)))

We stayed in this Cha Am condo for 11 days and had a really enjoyable and relaxing time. The view was amazing, beach close, massage and good food right on the beach nearby. I even found an early morning cafe Amazon up by the main road that I went to for a delicious latte most mornings. At first we had a couple of issues with Supplies for our stay and Internet strength bit once I expressed the need for them Prasert was quick to remedy, which really made the difference in our stay. Front desk staff were all lovely, kind and helpful all of the time. We also met some owners we ended up connecting with. The pool is beautiful, there is a gym, game room, sauna...and a gorgeous beach right across the road. Had to taxi into town for shopping, markets and nightlife but nice and quiet once back. Turned out to be a wonderful stay. Thank you so much.

For me, this apartment was a highlight. Well equipped, even washing powder and fresh coffee beans for the coffee machine, reverse osmosis water, all imaginable appliances in the kitchen equipment. TV with sound system and streamer, 2nd TV in the bedroom, good WiFi. Matching furniture, not "collectible furniture." High security in the apartment, large balcony on the 5th floor with beautiful views over the lagoon landscape to the sea. Quick contact for questions, nice service by the house staff, clean, well-kept and quiet area. I will come back.

The accommodation is worth the price. Located close to the beach, we can easily walk down to the beach. Fully facilities such as sauna, pool, gym etc. The host is very nice person she is flexible to check in and check out time. The staffs are helpful and good service. Overall is very worth to paid for stay at here.

I had rented two residential units in the LPB and was very satisfied each. However, I would like to highlight Apple's apartment again: - Larger living room, bedroom and balcony than the standard LPB apartments! - very nice and airy corner balcony - Quiet air conditioning - Apartment on the 4th floor - very good amenities and a super friendly and helpful host.
