The house was really nice and the host was so helpful and answered very quick.

Hidden oasis of paradise, we enjoyed our stay immensely. We stayed comfortably as a family of 5 and 3 extra extended family. The pool is right at the front door for timeless enjoyment. Close enough to shops and far enough not to hear crazy cars and partying. Most definitely would come back to this place with Mr Pathanin as our incredible, welcoming host.

We had a wonderful stay at Fred’s property. Fred is super responsive and helpful. House comes with a booklet of very helpful information regarding Hua Hin and restaurants/ things to do. The house was clean and well-maintained, with an impressive array of kitchen utensils, plates, cups, and dinnerware, perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking or dining in. The outdoor area was fantastic, featuring a lovely pool that made for happy kids to play. The neighborhood was peaceful, offering a quiet atmosphere while still being conveniently located just a 10–15-minute drive from town. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene getaway.

All the facilities are brand new, the sofa and bed are very comfortable, and the air conditioning is powerful. The house is located in a quiet, gated community with security. You can also order Grab Food delivered right to the doorstep which is very convenient. Staff come to clean the swimming pool every two days. Fabian coordinates the cleaning schedule well, respecting our privacy. Before our arrival, Fabian sent a video guide on how to find the house, and its location is also easily accessible. He also sent me some restaurant recommendations and that was a very thoughtful touch.

My family and I enjoyed our 5 days stay relaxing time

Rinyarat’s house was so nice for our month long getaway! It was pet friendly which was a huge plus for us because we have 2 small dogs. The yard was perfect for them, fully fenced in. There were bikes we could use to ride to the beach which was about a half mile away or to the clubhouse which had 2 pools and a gym. The house had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place in Cha Am near the beach. It would be best to have your own car because it is a bit of a drive to get to restaurants. Grab & Food Panda both deliver to the house.

We loved staying here. The outdoor area was beautiful! However, do be careful of the flooring outside. It gets very slippery when wet, we had a few falls. There are many dogs outside of the home but most seem very friendly. We enjoyed our time and wish we were still there. Would definitely rent again.

Nice clean Villa. In a quiet location, but cheap taxis and peds mean you can still reach the main town. Includes a washing machine and very nice, clean salt-water pool. Perfect for those that want a quieter, more private experience compared to the main town. Would overall recommend.

We had a wonderful and unforgettable time. Thanks to the hosts and their team, we immediately felt at home. No matter what, they were always easily reachable and very helpful. They accommodated us with every request, and we developed a very warm and familiar relationship. We will definitely come back!

I recently had my first-ever Airbnb stay, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I booked, Philippe was an incredible host. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a perfect stay. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and had everything I could possibly need. Philippe's attention to detail was remarkable. What truly made the experience special was Philippe's exceptional hospitality. He was always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and even helped me with renting Motorbike. While the location is a bit outside of Hua Hin, I found it easy to get around with a scooter. The peaceful surroundings were a welcome escape from the city's hustle and bustle. A wonderful and Thai authentic Villa. Right next to the 8th hole, looking over the lake.. Beautiful pool and a very nice outdoor space. 3 Very nice bedrooms. Perfect communication with the owner will recommend her to everybody.

Ms. Nitcharee was very responsive and proactive. Our family of six comfortablely stayed at her place for two nights during the Songkran holidays. I would definitely go there to stay if we plan for another vacation in Hua hin.

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. It is a great place to relax, so I would like to come back again later! There are gym, tennis court,and swimming pool with slide. I love all of amenities. Security guard and garden staffs are hard-working. And Tao is the most mindful host I ever met, she gave us pickle balls racket sets, bike and yoga mat. Great restaurants are nearby the house, you can go with the bike/scooter 3-7minutes.

Wonderful, peaceful stay. The hosts and their family are exceptional. There’s a restaurant across the street although there is not a sign the owner is very friendly and the omelette, espresso, and Tom yum are on point. The cabins are well built and soundproof. The beds are very comfortable. It’s a village with lots of small shops. Very beautiful and peaceful Thailand countryside.

Pool villa was located in a quaint little compound with similar like houses. It’s very quiet and secluded. Getting into it is a drive & I wouldn’t recommend walking to get to the main road. The house itself though was as advertised. Very spacious for 4 adults and 1 dog. We were able to make use of the pool and the kitchenwares/BBQ available for cooking. Towels, tissue rolls, hair dryer, mics for karaoke, trash bags, and electric mosquito swatter were also provided. Pool and slide were fun to use and clean :) There was even a billiards table indoors, which was great! Location is about a 30 min drive to Hua Hin proper, but Cha-am beach is very close. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and resorts, this is a good choice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and found it was worth the price for 3D 2N.

The house is wide , so beautiful with Japanese style decorated , there are many corners for taking photos! Kitchen equipment to use fully. The bedroom is spacious and clean , 4 large bedrooms suitable for a large group of people. There are many activities ; pool table ,swimming pool and fun with karaoke all night! The price is not expensive. The host very kind and we can contact quickly. We will definitely recommend to stay here!👍🏼

Is good for holiday rest place

We loved staying at Craig’s house. We stayed for one month and felt right at home from when we moved in. The house was extremely clean, spacious and very comfortable. The pool is right outside the house and is barely used so it felt more like a private pool. The complex is small and the neighbours are all very friendly. The train line behind the house was no issue at all. We could hear it pass for about 5 seconds every hour or so and it never disturbed us. There are shops, beaches, and places to eat within walking distance. City centre is 10 minutes away. Nit the caretaker and the security staff are very friendly and helpful. We would’ve have stayed for another 1-2 months had it not been booked up.

Great stay for a month, good location if you have a car, nice AC, separate work room, 2 bathrooms, will come again.

We had an excellent stay at Anna's place in Leo Gardens. Nice and peaceful with an amazing pool. The apartment has everything you need for a short or an extended stay. We would definitely stay again next time we visit.
