One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the first floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Das Apartment liegt zentral im Dorfzentrum und ist nur wenige Autominuten vom Skiort Kühtai entfernt, zudem ist eine direkte Busverbindung nach Kühtai vorhanden (1 Gehminute von der Unterkunft, gratis Busverbindung ab 2 Nächten). Die Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zum Apartment ist ebenfalls problemlos von Innsbruck aus möglich. Zudem liegt das Apartment inmitten eines beliebten Wander/Skitourengebietes.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet – von der Kaffeemaschine bis zum Föhn. Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung (36m²) mit einem Schlafzimmer , einem Wohnzimmer und einer kleinen Küche. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Apotheke sowie ein Freizeitzentrum mit Sauna & Solarium. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Bushaltestelle kann man rasch das begehrte Skigebiet Axamer Lizum erreichen.

Our apartment is located in Via Trento, right in the center, on the road that goes to the lake. Located on the ground floor, it has a separate entrance. There are two bedrooms, one double and one with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, kitchen, living room and closet. In the apartment there is a washing machine and dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, iron and other accessories for daily use. You can also find sheets and towels ready to use.

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
