Pfalzen is well connected to the public transport connections, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Brunico. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a quiet residential building in the immediate vicinity of the city. There is NO elevator in the house. On foot you can reach the parish church and the pedestrian zone of Bruneck in less than five minutes. The valley station of Kronplatz is a five-minute drive by car. A bus stop is very close. The accommodation is good for sporty couples, families with kids as well as business travelers and solo travelers.

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

Break away directly from the house into nature for a walk, hike, or Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you reach the Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is €1.75/night/person and is required upon arrival. From January 1, 2024, the local tax in Bruneck will be €2.50/person/night.
