Located at the foot of the slopes in the heart of the Pyrenees, south-facing balcony very sunny with very nice view of the slopes and the valley. The apartment is equipped with a parking space and a ski locker, all in a secure residence (digicode and concierge). Plan for cleaning at the end of the stay, linens not included. NO SMOKING! Pleasant apartment of 40 m2,on the ground floor with a south-facing terrace. 400 m from the skyval which connects Loudenvielle to Peyragudes. close to shops ( supermarket, pharmacy, bookstore,restaurants). 5 minutes from the Balnea thermoludic center and the very pleasant lake for the family walk (pumtrack, children's games). Sheets and towels not provided. rental option: 12 euros ( 1 pair of sheets + 2 towels) Parking space right in front of the rental. Cleaning fee on request 40€.

Charming apartment on an old water mill

We loved our weekend in the charming mill of Nathalie & Alain, lulled by the sound of water. A peaceful place in an idyllic setting, where there is everything you need to spend memorable moments with your loved ones (4 adults in all and our little dog). There are also plenty of nice walks to take around, easily accessible from the mill. And Nathalie is very friendly and responsive. 😊 If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy nature, while being close to all the activities that Loudenvielle has to offer, we highly recommend it!

We are a couple with a 7-year-old child and we had a fantastic week in this brand new and very cozy little cottage on the heights of Saint-Lary-Soulan. The view is beautiful and the house is a perfect base camp for exploring the valley and the area. We would definitely recommend it!

Very well-equipped & perfectly located apartment. The shuttle is at the foot of the residence and takes you to Peyragudes in 5 minutes. Shops & bar/restaurant within walking distance. Beautiful walks to do around the hamlet of Balestas. The pool in the residence & the view from the balcony were also appreciated. We'll be back!
