Two big screen TVs, comfortable furniture, and a completely equipped kitchen. It is perfectly suited to access downtown TC events, activities, shops and restaurants. A 1 block walk to Bryant Park & Beach on West Grand Traverse Bay. Convenient access to the free Front Street Business District Shuttle runs every 15 minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay - very clean and well equipped. The ambiance was like your favorite grandmother's place - very cozy and comfortable. The gas fireplace was perfect for the chillier mornings/evenings and added to the cozy atmosphere. It's a great location right next to Petoskey State Park. You can walk into the park and it's a short walk to the beach and other trails. It's also a great half-way point between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We would definitely consider staying here again!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Elizabeth’s place and was exactly as described- beautiful lake view/sunsets, well-equipped, comfortable beds, and great layout for multi-family (a plus I could bring my pup along)! It was a perfect centralized location to the activities we had planned for Memorial Day weekend (1 hr to Mackinaw City, 1 hr to Traverse City, 10 minutes to Boyne City, 30 minutes to Charlevoix and Petoskey). Elizabeth was very responsive and ensured check-in/check-out went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay! The listing was exceptionally clean and amenities were as described. We enjoyed the location and having a coffee shop and (delicious) burger joint in walkable distance was a great bonus! The view of the beach and water right off the private balcony was wonderful and having a heated pool/hot tub combo right on property made this an ideal booking for our family. We’d come back and would recommend to others!
