The house is in the heart of the historic center, a stone's throw from the sea. The windows overlook the rooftops of Pesaro and the terrace is a small gem where you can spend summer evenings with family and friends. Winter days, on the other hand, will be brightened by the fireplace. The spaces retain the typically Italian flavor, thanks to the terracotta floors and the ancient Marche doors. The house is surrounded by shops, bookstores, restaurants, and is a short walk from a supermarket.

First floor apartment, located a few minutes away by foot from both the center and the beach, suitable for a comfortable stay of four friends or a family with two children. Carefully furnished, it welcomes the guest in a bright living area with smartv then passing through the kitchen area you reach the comfortable dining area overlooking the internal garden. To complete the house, two bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with bunk bed and bathroom with shower, sanitary ware and sink.
