Monthly Rentals in Perry County

We met Earl and Brenda and they were lovely people. The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable for the two of us and really perfect. The grounds of their property were very nice. All sorts of birds and flowers. If we come back to the area this would by my first choice to stay. Thank you Earl and Brenda.

If you are looking for a nice old house in a neat little town this is it. We had our family visit us from the area and it was a perfect place to host from. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking a breeze. Also the host was very responsive to any questions we had about the house and the area. We will definitely stay here again if we will be in the area!

We drove in for a family wedding in Perryville. I didn't want to get multiple hotel rooms so this was perfect for my family. Having two full bathrooms and being able to do laundry was a huge plus. Amy was very accommodating with a special request and the beds were all very comfortable :)

Absolutely adorable place. Spotlessly clean, and thoughtful touches like a shopping bag, water, and local guides. Nicest small refrigerator I’ve ever seen. Bed, bedding, and towels were very nice quality. Location within steps of several restaurants and entertainment venues. I loved my stay here, and will absolutely stay again.
