A perfect French escape! We had the most wonderful stay at this stunning house in France. The home was beautifully styled, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. One of our favourite features was the swimming pool, perfect for a morning dip and cooling off on sunny afternoons. The location couldn’t have been better. Within walking distance to the town and the beach, we enjoyed easy access to local restaurants, the boulangerie and seaside strolls. It felt like everything was right on our doorstep, yet the house itself was peaceful and private. Checking in was very simple. Highly recommended

The location of Soizic is beautiful. We enjoyed the communication with Soizic: discreet and present. The natural environment was very refreshing, allowed beautiful walks, beautiful discoveries. We left with lots of ideas and desires. Gratitude!

Charming city center house in a quiet location and close to everything (bakery, market, sightseeing, sea, etc.), very clean, nicely decorated, where everything is thought out for the guest. Everything is done to have a pleasant stay (grocery store with basic products, games, books, etc.) and a lot of dishes, utensils and small appliances…not to mention a nice welcome gift. The terrace allows you to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals. One of the best Airbnbs we've ever done.

Very good weekend: the house is spacious, well-equipped (a shelter for the jacuzzi would be a plus, in case of bad weather). Its location is ideal because it's quiet, close to shops. Paul is very responsive. We would recommend this listing.

Bénédicte’s place has all you need for short or longer stays. It is close to a Grand Route. We walked a lot on this trip. Directly from the house or at another start point. This area’s sea borders are stunning.

We enjoyed the welcome gift… and the kids did too! Communication with Christian was smooth and efficient, with many local recommendations and useful information that greatly facilitated our stay. We also enjoyed the outdoor space, nice for relaxing. Again, thank you for this great experience!

Beautiful and well-equipped kitchen. I wish I could have such a spacious working space at home. The harbour is a few hundred meters away. You can buy there the fresh fish and lobster from local fishermen. We were 6 adults with an infant baby and we were never short of space. I would love to stay again at Sabrina & Sylvain’s house.

Every detail is cleverly thought out and the search for trendy but not ostentatious decoration contributes to the feeling of well-being we had when staying there for a weekend. The intimate jacuzzi, facing the sea, is perfect for relaxing after long walks as there is so much to discover throughout the area. The breathtaking views of the Seven Islands are incredible, and make aperitifs on the terrace a real delight. We'll be back for sure.

Third stay in the "Charming studio". Right in the center, quiet, well-equipped: perfect for my use and fully enjoy Perros-Guirec. Julien is a very responsive host.

Absolutely perfect rental, no complaints. The view was magnificent, the apartment extremely well appointed with all the necessities. Very good bedding and a terrace that allowed us to eat outside. Impeccable cleanliness in a very quiet residence. I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation! :D

We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful apartment with our 2 children (and our dog!) Despite its small size, this apartment is very functional. It has been beautifully renovated with quality materials. Possibility of parking in the adjacent streets for free. Located in the center but is at the back so remains very quiet. Excellent value for money. We recommend this accommodation 100%!

Just perfect with a little more quality, a patio. Very well arranged, clean, bright rooms. Very well equipped with quality amenities. Responsive, welcoming hosts. A few minutes from shops and the port. Conclusion: don't hesitate!!!

Stay in a nice apartment, well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view. Drinks available in the fridge upon arrival. Thank you for your attention. Private parking space appreciated. Several tourist destinations within 1 hour of the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and fresh. Very well equipped. Jacqueline was warm and welcoming and very helpful.

Beautiful view of the beach, nice little terrace, bakery and convenience store not far away, beach nearby as well as a few restaurants and other... Small functional duplex, you can hear the neighbors' noises a little, quite touristy. Please note, the bed was a little short but without an edge, so it worked.

The accommodation is in a great location: free parking, shops, next to the beaches. The apartment is clean, the bedding is very good, storage facilities. Good cider and apple juice were waiting for us;) Only a very small downside: a little more mugs would be appreciated as well as a bottom of the closet because we had to buy salt, pepper, sugar etc ... and a magnifying mirror with an articulated arm would be convenient in the bathroom .

Very well located apartment and a very pleasant balcony to enjoy breakfast in the sun or a late evening facing the sea.

The place is very nice, well equipped and clean. We had problems with the heating but Renand took care of it right away. We couldn't find the garage entrance (poor description, doesn't match apartment address) and the garage space was very tight and difficult to park. We then preferred to park outside, it always had enough free spaces and these are (except July/August) free!

The accommodation is impeccable and very well-equipped and wonderfully located facing the beach. Communication with Kristell is fast and the host is very attentive. Thank you! The only small downside is that the shower cabin is a little narrow. If the opportunity arises, I will return to this accommodation.

The apartment is impeccably clean, a few steps from the beach with fine sand, ideal for children. It is well located across from the sea. The owner was kind upon arrival and is available for any questions. We recommend it.
