Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Peroj

The best Airbnb we have stayed in. We only had two days at Luciano’s place but we wish we could have stayed longer. Luciano and his wife were amazing with the children, they gave my son his favourite chocolates and gave him a tractor ride. The house was spotless, comfortable and everything had been thought of. We will definitely be returning in the future for a longer holiday. We went to the local town for coffee (where we found lots of lovely cafes and restaurants) and also found a castle in the centre of the town which the children loved. The local supermarket was well stocked. If you are thinking of staying here you won’t regret it. We had a very memorable stay to end our ten day road trip.

It has been a joy staying at Sandra’s place. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and offers many amenities that make you feel right at home. It’s within walking distance of Max Shopping Mall (which has free underground parking) and the Lungomare promenade, where you can enjoy various types of beaches — some with sea urchins, some without 😃. Be sure to bring swim shoes, as they’ll come in handy for the rocky shores. The apartment is ideal if you’re bringing your own car or planning to rent one. There are free parking spots around the building, but make sure not to park on the lawn — fines are steep. The city center isn’t right nearby, so if you enjoy walking, you’ll appreciate the distance. Otherwise, you can easily take a bus or rent a bike, scooter, or e-step. A huge shout-out to Sandra for her kindness, proactive communication, and warm hospitality — a top-notch host!

A really cozy little cottage with everything you need! The garden is huge (our dogs also loved it) and the seating outside is a dream! From breakfast terrace to lounge furniture to sun lounger and Hollywood swing, everything is included. Especially in such great weather as we had in June, the cottage is an absolute recommendation! The location in Gracisce in the middle of Istria is perfect to discover the peninsula - whether to Pula, Rovinj or to the Vojak, we were everywhere in under 50 minutes.

Booked for my parents but they loved every part about the apartment, great place, great location and the host was so so friendly! Fully recommend!

Daniel was extremely kind in welcoming us for check-in and providing us with all the useful information to get to know the area (beaches and points of interest) The apartment has all the essentials and the outdoor area where you can have breakfast and dinner is beautiful. Near the center of Pula and with the possibility of using the bicycles made available by Daniel, everything was more convenient. We were on a motorcycle and had the opportunity to leave it in the inner courtyard of the apartment. Really recommended if you visit Pula

A lovely apartment in a quiet location close to the beach and restaurants of Fazana. Very private. Amazingly comfortable bed!

Wow – what a fantastic place to stay. The pictures are true to life, and Dejan always responded promptly to emails. Communication was always seamless. The location is fantastic. Right in front of the house are two bakeries, a small kiosk, a kebab shop, and an ice cream parlor, and the old town is less than a 10-minute walk away. All the sights can be visited directly from the apartment. The apartment (4th floor) is very clean, and the terrace makes up for the fact that the building doesn't have an elevator. The surrounding beaches are about 13 minutes away. I definitely recommend this place for Pula, and I'd love to come back. Thank you for the great accommodation.

We've had a great stay, the apartment was clean and very nice, looks just like in the pictures, and the host was very friendly and it was easy to communicate with him.

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

This home is the perfect location for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy your own private slice of Croatian paradise on the Istrian peninsula while still being close to several wonderful attractions, like the old city of Rovinj and the hill town of Motovun. The home and surrounding yard have everything you need including several outdoor locations to sit and relax while soaking up the ambience. Enjoy your coffee or wine while listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the olive trees and lavender plants. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality, local recommendations, and personal touch. The best Airbnb experience we've had.

Lovely house/bungalow surrounded by the palm trees and beautiful garden. Green and peacefull hidden gem even if it is situated between the beach and the main street (which was very convinient to go to the supermarket and restaurants). Interior of the house was very cosy and charming. We enjoyed the paintings on the wall and sculptures which all were made by Vesna! Bathrooms and bedrooms were roomy and confy. Overall we all loved our stay very much. Vesna was warm-hearted and lovely person. Thank you so much!

A beautiful house to feel good. There were three of us here for 10 days plus our two dogs. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. A small, rustic village with wonderful bays, which are not crowded in the low season. The supermarket is within walking distance and covers daily needs, larger shopping facilities are in Pula. The house is super cozy and you have your privacy. Tihan and Ivan are great hosts and even before arrival, the contact was very good. We highly recommend this house and we will definitely visit this wonderful place again.

Karmen & Edvino were a wonderful hosts! The pictures don’t give the place a justice - the garden & two terraces are lovely and very private. We never saw there anyone unless we needed help. Big comfortable bed, powerful cooker. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. So close to seaside, shops and anything you need! Pula is 12 min driving away. Wonderful snorkelling sites - Kamenjak & Brijuni Nature Reserves only 20-30min away. Great spot to explore gorgeous Istria and recharge your batteries! We hope to be back soon!

Helena was a great host. She was on time, friendly, accomodating and even helped carry our luggage from the parking spot to our home. Her home is on one of the oldest streets in Ravinj. It is right next door to a friendly market which was convenient. A restaurant is directly across the street and the customers were a bit loud (and smoked outside which sometimes penetrated the house) at times BUT when you closed the shutters and inside windows, you could hardly hear them. Alll things considered, we loved our stay and you will be hard-pressed to find a more charming spot in Old Town! Dobar dan!

Aleksandra’s place was beautiful, clean, quiet and in great condition. She was very responsive any time we called or texted her. And if there was any issues, she was very quick to help us, which was very helpful when we almost ended up in Rovinj instead of Pula! She made excellent recommendations for restaurants. To get to the arena from her place, takes almost 30mins walking. I didn’t mind it because I like walking, but if that’s too much for you, you can either drive or take Uber. Also, bring your own shampoo, there was only bars of soap. Overall, we still loved the place and would recommend to everyone, with or without kids.

We have stayed with Jasna & Vlado for the 3rd time and feel very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is a 4-minute walk, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

Would highly recommend Celestina’s apartment for your stay in Rovinj. Located in a quiet residential area around 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The apartment had everything we needed. Celestina couldn’t have been more helpful, making our first holiday with our baby boy accommodating.

The warm welcome by "Maria" was the first step to a 10-day break. We immediately felt well received. There is a parking space for the car right by the house. There are also 2 bikes available. Very clean and cozy apartment in a quiet location. The amenities are excellent. The beautiful harbor and the old town are a 10-15 minute walk away. The hosts are very friendly, caring and helpful. We spent 1 week in this beautiful place and hope to be able to come back soon. The proximity to several very nice beaches, restaurants, bakery, small market...is perfect (walking distance). Other destinations can be easily reached after a short drive by car. The apartment is lovingly decorated, so you feel very comfortable. Everything matched the description. The garden is now a bit wild, but you can find one or two turtles. Goran is a very enjoyable and helpful host. We enjoyed it very much!

We travel a lot and this place was one of the best we've ever rented! The hosts were always available immediately. Unfortunately, we had to stop the holiday due to an illness, but we will be back!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. On foot it is only 10 min away from Fazana beach and center. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. Quiet and relaxing. Recommended!

We had a wonderful short vacation for a week at Suzana's. She and her husband are really very warm and helpful people. The apartment is ideal in size. Parking right in the courtyard, even with a roof protected from storms. Fantastic location, 2 min to the beach (incl. Dog beach). Plenty of towels, even after half a week, fresh ones. The apartment was very clean. The bed is large and comfortable. Well-functioning air conditioning - ideal for our dog. Rovinj is super accessible on foot, but also by a little train. Thanks for a great stay!
