Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio with independent entrance is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute terrace with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen. U blizini su željeznički i autobusni kolodvor, trajektna luka i brojne kulturne znamenitosti i turističke atrakcije. Fully renovated and unique apartment in Peroj, a small town very close to the beach- only a short 10 minute walk, or a 2 minute drive. Apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house with a terrace overlooking the beautiful Adriatic sea and National park Brijuni. It has a big and spacious closed backyard where you can also find a fireplace, perfect for grilling. Outside is also a free parking space. Guests can taste olive oil, wine and fresh vegetables, all homemade by the owner.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
