In principle, the deal with Tobias is very friendly, instructions and photos for arrival are accurate and easy, Tobias is flexible, the apartment is impeccable and the connection with the Ubahn is perfect. I'd be happy to book with him again.

We had a great stay at Sebastian’s. The space was a lot bigger than we expected from the photos, which was a plus. The location is very close to the train system and it was nice to have a full kitchen to cook meals. The only thing we did not expect until we arrived was that Sebastian also had a friend sleeping on the lower level of the house, but this roommate was very respectful and had his own space, where we rarely saw him. Would definitely recommend this place!

The accommodation was great, the room was very clean and comfortable; the bathroom was the same. It was very easy to check in and out of the property. We liked how close it was to the metro and it had a great restaurant/beer garden close by. We would have appreciated being able to use the kitchen for the cost of the accommodation and the room doesn’t have proper blinds (causing a lot of light to come through in the morning), but overall the stay was very positive. We would highly recommend.
