All exterior with large windows from which you can contemplate, in all its splendor, the beautiful cove of Riazor/Orzán. Ideal for enjoying the Coruña sunrise by walking along our city's spectacular promenade. One of the most beautiful in our country, it runs along the 12km of coastline that surrounds the Herculine capital.

A spacious and cozy apartment located in A Coruña. It has a parking space and is very well connected and surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies... There is a bus stop in front of the gate to explore the city center, as well as the beaches. It has three bedrooms, a playroom for children to enjoy, two full bathrooms (one with a whirlpool bathtub), a living room and a fully equipped new kitchen (with an oven and laundry area).

PENTHOUSE IN DOWNTOWN (Next to Riazor Beach)

It is located on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a sunny building next to a park and has a balcony. Bright, comfortable and located in the center of the city. If you want you can walk to the main points of the city: 1 min. from the Opera Palace, 4 min. from the Plaza de Pontevedra (city center), 7 min. from Riazor Beach and just 10 min. of the most desirable restaurant areas. Next door there is an urban bus stop to move around the city.

Located 100 meters from the promenade and very close to the tower of Hercules,Museum of Man (Domus) and the house of the fish. 10 minutes from downtown and with all the services such as restaurants,cafe, supermarkets,pharmacy, bike rental shops, bus stop, bus stop, etc...
