Perfect location for a wedding we attended at El Chorro. The apartment was a comfortable, quiet place to retreat to. We used and appreciated the information on nearby restaurants and the guidebook to local hikes that Karah provided.

Shaayna’s place was super clean which is something 100% important! Clean bathroom and tub/shower! Clean appliances! It’s located in a very peaceful area! Check in is pretty easy and WiFi is great! You’ll love it here!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful casita! It’s cozy, clean, and full of charm—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home, and everything was exactly as described (if not better). Jeffery was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend this little gem for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. We’d definitely love to return!

This place was great! The private pool was definitely a highlight — we really enjoyed having it to ourselves. The location is excellent, just a short ride to the State Farm Stadium. A quick Uber or Lyft only cost about $10, which was super convenient. Westgate is also nearby, which is perfect if you’re looking to shop or explore a bit. I really appreciated Rena’s guest book — it’s full of great local recommendations for food and things to do in the area. As some previous guests have mentioned, there is occasional noise from animals next door, but the host thoughtfully provides earplugs. Unless you're a very light sleeper, it shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book again in the future.

what a hidden gem! the pictures don't do this place justice! there were so many thoughtful things in place that weren't even in the listing! owners went above and beyond expectations.The bed & linens were incredible, i didn't wanna wake up! Pet-friendly, my lil girl felt right at home.There was even complimentary cold waters, coffee, creamer, wine, snacks, CHOCOLATE! if you forgot toiletries, they had everything covered for that as well! I only needed a safe place to stay the night before heading back from a quick trip, but I'm already planning another visit with this place in mind! I feel terrible that I forgot to write in the guest book,but hopefully this can be printed out and added to their huge book of testimonials! I really am incredibly blown away by this place! it was a last minute quick find after another location canceled last minute on me, but I truly believe it was meant to be. it was like visiting a close relative's home with all the attention to details! loved it!

My husband and I had a great stay! The pool was very relaxing and having the grill was amazing! We grilled almost every night we were there. Thank you for having us!

The home was very clean and comfortable. Had no problems at all finding the place. Area was very quiet and private also. Would absolutely stay again if needed!

Luis has such a cute, cozy, comfortable, clean and quiet place. I needed a place to stay for a couple of days while my floors were getting installed. The decor and colors were so warm & lovely and the location was convenient. The studio has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Great staycation for me. I'll definitely stay there again and recommend to out of town guests.

I had a family trip planned to Phoenix, and planned on staying with family, but once there i realized me and my two kids needed our own space. so we found Karla's place so last minute and WOW. this place was beautiful, cool, very affordable, and CLEAN. I felt comfortable having my infant crawl around on the floors. the guest house is attached to their home with a seperate enterance and I felt so private like I was staying there alone! I did laundry, washed bottles, etc in the sink, we all showered. we were so comfortable and this will be where we stay in the future. I am so so so so grateful for this space in our time of need. best airbnb we have ever stayed in!!!

Safe and private location accuratly described! Jesse was very communicative, friendly and set us up for a lovely trip to the Phoenix area. We only needed one night, but this would have been a great location to stay longer if needed :)

This Airbnb was so cute and relaxing. Really loved the aesthetic of the studio too. The shower has great water pressure and the bed is extremely comfortable!

Suzan is by far the best host I’ve experienced. The place is beautiful. She even brought me flowers after I had surgery and was staying there. Very easy to talk to. I would give 10 stars if I could. Definitely going to recommend her to family and friends in the future.

Wife and i stay at this Airbnb in Phoenix was absolutely beautiful and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and peaceful. The space was spotless, very clean and well maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Tajsha was awesome and Jesse was truly amazing. Both were very good hosts, kind, attentive, and respectful. They made sure everything I needed was taken care of and went above and beyond to make my wife and myself stay comfortable. We had a really good time and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Phoenix. The environment, the people, and the overall vibe were just wonderful. Everything was beautiful!

What a gem of a place this is! It's quiet, in a beautiful neighborhood, and lovely both inside and out. The bed is very comfortable and so is the living room area - great couch and chair. There are places to sit outside as well. Sarah is as much of a gem as her place is! She's so invested in making sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need.

My extended stay (~11days) at this Casita was relaxing and quiet. Just the right size for a bachelor like me, or a couple traveling to Phoenix alone to visit some family or explore. The space is small, but not tiny. There’s plenty of room to spread out, but not enough to clutter. You will run into rental neighbors in the main house, mine all left me alone, and rarely used the communal outdoor spaces. I’ll definitely look at renting this Casita again if/when visiting the Phoenix area again.

This guest house was the perfect place to rest our head after a long day of driving. The whole place was spotless and organized. Appreciated the AC unit immensely - cooled down the space within minutes. Shower was lovely. Even got a load of laundry done! Paige & Mike’s place is a great Phoenix stay. I highly reccomend it.

loved loved staying with Lorcel. The washer and dryer, kitchenette and over feel of the suite was amazing. The pack n play for baby provided was a game changer meant i didnt have to lug mine from home and more space in the car. One of my fav new spots for breakfast was pennys just 10 minutes away. The pheonix zoo was about 15-20 minutes away. Overall I will be staying with Lorcel Erika whenever I come to visit family in pheonix :)

THIRD TIME HERE! I love Studio B! This is my favorite Airbnb in my six years on this site. Patricia Anne and Ron are amazing hosts. I look for this availability every time I am in Phoenix. I cannot recommend it enough!!!!❤️

The casita was so cute and perfect for just me. It would be fine for 2 people as well. The place was in a great location for my needs and Fernando and hosts were always quick to respond. I would definitely stay there again, given the opportunity and would recommend it to anyone!
