The house was very spacious, well stocked kitchen, huge bedroom. There were plenty snacks provided in the kitchen. The location is a nice quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy entrance into the house with a dedicated parking spot. As instructed, don’t follow your gps, use the provided instructions. Would definitely book the house again in the future.

Joel was very helpful with local recommendations and also allowed me and my guest to store our luggage early before check in, when I asked. Nice clean bathroom and room, and also walkable to nearby Downtown Wilmington and the rivers/creeks. Minor issue was thin walls, as I could hear heavy footsteps on the stairs and wood floor early in the morning by one other guest, which woke me up. Other than that, peaceful stay.

My mom, husband, and I were so cozy at Kim’s place during our visit to Delaware over the holidays. It was just a 5-minute ride to my brother’s house in Claymont so we mainly came here to sleep and have light breakfast before heading out each day. We so appreciated being able to check in on Christmas Day. It was incredibly peaceful and comfortable, had lots of essentials and thoughtful touches, and Kim was a friendly host. If in the area, we highly recommend the many parks and estates with walking trails to check out within 20-minute drives. Thanks for a great stay!
