New condo located in downtown Traverse City. Walk to bars and restaurants, beaches and the Boardman river. A great place to experience the beauty of Traverse City as well as being in heart of the action. Walk to a bakery for coffee and breakfast, then to the beach and farmers market for the afternoon, followed by an excellent restaurant and sunset for dinner.
