Get away from it all with this, rustic tiny home situated on a small farm. Sit out front and enjoy the sunset while you watch the horses, donkeys, goats and cows. We do ask you only feed the animals the provided treats. There is no wifi available, you can use your hotspot on your cell for the tv. Microwave and grill with a side burner for cooking. No indoor stove or oven. Toilet and sink inside, shower is outside. Close to downtown Wilmington and the beaches! Lots of local history as well!

Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Very nice single family house, 9 miles from the beach, two bedrooms, flat screens in each, washer and dryer, new step in shower. big flat screen in the living room, front deck, nicer back deck. Wheelchair ramp in back. Off the street parking, and outside shower, 1 mile to Target, 1.5 miles to Walmart, and 5 miles to downtown, restaurants golf, entertainment everything. Wilmington has to offer
