Kelly’s place was great. It was very close to the beach which allowed for easy travel back and forth. It was calm and the entire complex was quiet and safe. I will definitely keep this place in mind moving forward!

Had a great stay here for 4 days at the beach. Pool was convenient and super nice. Easy walks to the beach. The place was super clean everything that we needed. Will definitely stay again!

Highly recommend this spot while in town! Matthew was very friendly and brought us an iron within 30 minutes. Hampstead Kiwanis Park is close by for easy access.

We stayed overnight at Stacy‘s after a concert in the area. The condo is extremely well thought out, very charmingly decorated, and spotlessly clean. Everything seemed very new. The space is perfect for three adults or two adults and a child. The bed in the hallway, the master bed and the couches and chairs were all super cozy & comfortable. Stacy is a wonderful and friendly communicator and you can really tell she put a lot of heart and care into this lovely space. The area has a lot of great restaurants, coffee bars, and of course, the beautiful beach. A top notch experience all around!

Outstanding location. Easy access to Topsail and Wilmington. Beautiful layout and will return. Everything you needed or possibly wanted was there. Extremely friendly.

Lovely beachfront condo. The view of the beach and access to the beach is top notch. Parking is very convenient. The condo itself was spotlessly clean. The community was very nice with a large clean pool. The condo is on the top floor, so it is as quiet as a beach front condo can possibly be. Good access to all the shops at the entrance to the island but just far enough away to not be affected by the traffic. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect with great access to the beach—just a short walk and you're there. The host was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer any questions or help with anything we needed. What we appreciated most was that there were no surprises—the place was exactly as described and pictured. It was a great experience for our family of six. We'd definitely stay here again!

I looked at many different Airbnbs to figure out what matched. There were a few that could have worked but ultimately chose Wendy’s. My own house about 15 minutes away was getting a new built bathroom and couldn’t my Cat Herman and I stay and live in The process. My construction started on a Monday so I was able to move into Wendy’s house the Sunday before. I was able to drive over the first day when they started for the next 10 days. The house had a plethora of towels, sheets, rooms with their own separate TVs. There was a note that I could use anything in the house if needed. The freezer already had some food loaded up. The covered sunroom was the thing that pushed it over that this will happen and go smoothly. Herman loves to have animals, birds to watch and it was air conditioned. Also each AM &PM there was 2 wild turkeys just hanging out. This is the house for 1 person or a family. If looking for a beach stay or a project this in a house to definitely serve you well

The beachfront location was amazing. We really enjoyed spending most of our time on the beach and the deck. The house is small, but if you intend to spend most of your time outside, it's perfect. The house shows it's age in a few areas, but this didn't affect our stay. The A/C kept it nice and cool during some hot humid days. The deck was perfect for morning coffee, watching a storm roll in, hanging out in the evenings, and most importantly private beach access! Most of the surf city shops and restaurants were only a 5 minute drive away. Overall, this was a great spot for a relaxing stay at the beach. We would book it again.

My husband and I were very comfortable in this home. We had everything we needed. We did not use the hot tub or play any of the games, as we spent the majority of time away from the home, but we were given the opportunity to do so. The coffee was plentiful and the location very quiet and relaxing when we were there! We will definitely keep this listing on the top of our "places to stay" list when we return to Hampstead. This was the perfect house for a beach getaway! It was clean, comfortable, and perfect location to the beach. We would 100% go back again, and loved every minute of our stay!

Our stay at Nicole's was near perfect. There is plenty of room, perfectly located, neighbors were nice, area was quiet. The water pressure was my favorite part, tho my husband said he felt like the shower might put out an eye😁. My only "but" was the air being programmed for 77 at night but we brought a fan and made it work. My husband and daughter's only "but" were the beds, the spare woke her every time she rolled over(it creaks) and the master killed his back but I slept like a log so no complaints from me! Thank you so much Nicole for allowing us to stay and we will definitely be back!

We had a great week at the Topsail Gem! We loved our time on the beach, sitting on the relaxing porches, and making memories with our family. We look forward to returning!

Such a beautiful place, the vibes are awesome. Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone, within 6 minutes of the beach. Very friendly host, very responsive as well

Our stay was amazing with the ocean at our front door. The neighborhood was quiet and the street had very little traffic. The Surf City Line restaurant was a quick 2 blocks away. We liked that we were not in a high visitors area. The house itself was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was very well maintained with high end appliances and was well supplied. It was a windy week, but our teenagers loved the waves. They also loved the Roku TVs. It was a fantastic stay for everyone and we are looking forward to our visit to this property again next year. Thank you to Lee for all your prompt communication throughout our booking process.

Alan was one of the best hosts we’ve had. There were a couple issues with the original condo booked and Alan did everything he could to correct things. We love the Surf Condos and plan to go back.

It was too late for a refund or to change dates when my son tested positive for strep. After confirming with the owner that we could not switch our dates, we decided to come anyway. ($500+ isn’t nothing and this is our only vacation in over a year.) You can clearly see, hear and smell the ocean from the front deck chairs. Easy to walk to anything in Surf City. Perfect size condo for a mom and son trip, ideal amenities. 5/5 stars, no notes.

We had a fantastic stay in Surf City! The location was truly 10/10 — just a short, easy walk to the beach with a stunning view that we enjoyed every day from the balcony. The condo itself was beautifully updated, clean, and comfortable. The bed was on the softer side, which some may love, and while the pillows weren’t our favorite, bringing your own is an easy fix. The kitchen was nice and had most essentials, but I’d recommend packing extras like Tupperware, foil, or plastic wrap if you plan to cook. Our 10-year-old loved the bunk beds and slept great all week. We also appreciated how kind and understanding Kaili was when we let her know we accidentally broke a small dish. Great host and a great location close to all the best restaurants and spots in town. Highly recommend!

The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Private entrance, safe. Would recommend for a family! Chris was also very responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!

This is a great place to stay in Surf City! Rosemary was responsive. I appreciate the responsiveness and attentiveness. Rosemary picked up that I was traveling with children and proactively offered accommodations. The condo was as described; comfy and clean. I really appreciated all the labeling, everything I needed was labeled and easy to find! That’s a nice touch! The location is great, a minute or so walk to the beach access! I’ll definitely be booking again!

The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated having a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent and hand soap. You can’t beat the view and location of this condo. The hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The short walk to the pool and the beach was awesome. All cooking utensils and even general seasonings were available to us. Fresh linens were provided and beach towels. Safe community. Easy check in. The host was super responsive. We would’ve stayed another day if it wasn’t already booked. Highly recommend! Thanks for having us. ❤️

Staying here was great! We had beach access, walkable distance to all the shops, and the place itself was everything we needed for our stay!
