My lovely house in Wales

This unique place has a style all its own. Very Welsh old town house with a lot of character. Quiet street in the desirable part of Cardiff Pen y lan. Convenient to get to town by bus or train. Lovely parks and restaurantd within walking distance. Clean with a garden to enjoy. Large rooms with antique furniture A good place for families or friends to enjoy . Very friendly neighbourhood with the lovely street Wellfield rd within walking distance. If you want to know more about Wales come .

💚 Spacious, modern, light and airy. 💛 Adults only. 🛌 Super-King bed. 💤 Private, south-facing balcony, situated on 3rd (top) floor. ❌ NO LIFT. 🍿 Guest Netflix. 🅿️ Ample free parking. 🚲 2 Push bikes available-please message me. 📍Whilst not city centre, it’s only approximately a 40 minute stroll, 20 mins by bus from right outside the apartment, or easy to drive/park. 🍔🍟🍦Lots of great, locally owned amenities, cafes, restaurants etc. 🚶‍♀️Walkable to Roath Park Lake/Rose Gardens.
