Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Pefkali

The beach village of Ag. Theodori is approximately an hour outside of Athens on the way to Corinth. “Villa Sofia” was the perfect bungalow to spend our final three days in Greece and to visit lifelong friends who live in this village. Just steps away from the boardwalk and the beach, we found our own private oasis. Named in honor of the hosts’ mother, the home was just as described. The hosts have done a wonderful job remodeling this cozy “home away from home”—including soundproof windows, automatic shutters, AC, a modern bathroom/kitchen, two bedrooms and a sitting room. We can’t forget to mention the patio with views of the sea. Constantinos and Filippos were very responsive and accommodating hosts who picked us up from the train station and made sure we were dropped off again to catch the 6:24am train to the Athens Airport for departing flights. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of red wine, fresh grapes, watermelon, coffee, and plenty of bottled water. Thank you to our hosts!

We only stayed one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. It’s a magical place in a peaceful village. Kaiti provides an incredible local guide - we were able to do a few of her recommended things during our quick stay.

Well, Initially, the host is extremely available at any time you ask for him and willing to help and serve in any way he can. Check-in is very easy, and the house is extremely easy to find. Secondly, the accommodation is extremely clean, comfortable, with many amenities available, air conditioning and washing machine and everything works perfectly. Third, the location of the accommodation is excellent, so close to the beach and the center, allowing for many activities. We visited it, 2 people, for 4 nights and we were completely satisfied in all areas. I'm sure we'll go for it again in the future!

I stayed at Xanthi's place with my three girlfriends and we had a fantastic time there. The house is lovely and cozy, equipped with everything that we needed. It was very clean and comfortable, with spacious terrace and garden (with turtles in the backyard!). There were fans both in the house and outside, which allowed us to survive the high temperatures. Additionally, all windows and door have an anti mosquitoes net so we didn't have any bugs in the house. Xanthi's house is located walking distance from both ports - Skala and Megalochori. The nearest beach and supermarket are 5 minutes walking from the house. Xanthi is a lovely host- we felt very welcome and she was ready to reply to all our inquiries. She also let us check-in earlier which was much appreciated as we were tired after a long travel. After the check-out we were allowed to leave our luggage on the terrace, as we still had a couple of hours until our ferry was departing. Overally, this was a wonderful stay!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nicoletta’s Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, bakeries and the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even providing local tips, restaurants , and things to do. Every little detail was clearly considered to ensure a great experience. I especially appreciated the balcony view. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Eleni was super kind and super welcoming. The perfect host. If we could give her 10 stars, we would! The suite was clean, comfortable and felt safe. She even brought us a freshly baked loaf of bread from the local market.

The place was just as described. Since it is in the basement, it is quite dark, so you tend to turn on the light during the day. But that was also as described. For us, it was perfect because it was very close to the beach, which we enjoyed. In addition, it is located in a cul-de-sac and is very quiet. We were here in mid/late May for 2 nights to see, among other things, ancient Corinth. It was perfect for that! In addition, you can also sit on the terrace to be in the "light." I can imagine that the basement location is also a great advantage in the middle of summer, as it is probably nice and cool then. There was also fruit and homemade baked goods to welcome us and in the fridge water, margarine and jam as well as rusk-like bread and coffee powder, tea etc.! All in all: perfect for a short stay. We would do it again!

Valia's place is lovely. Inside has a very comfortable and well styled living space with everything you need and the bedroom and bathroom are also very good. The fan in the bedroom was essential and happily silent. The place has a large veranda that is ther perfect place to relax in the shade and there are additional places to sit in the garden that is shared with the other apartment and provide the best view of the sunset. Valia is a super host whose guide to the region is impecable - she has gone to a great effort to help guests find places to see, eat, and things to do. Taktikoupoli is very quiet which I loved and its an easy drive to beaches, supermarkets and other places of interest.

I absolutely loved my stay. I was greeted with so much warmth and kindness by Vangelis who showed Nina’s home thoroughly to me and introduced Poros as an island. Nina’s home felt cozy and comfortable from the get go. I loved reading my book and overlooking the view from the balcony and having many restaurants at an arms reach. The hosts remained communicative all throughout my stay and helped me whenever I had some travel-related questions. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting Poros.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and ending our honeymoon trip in this beautiful suite.

We had two amazing days in Georgios apartment. The view from the balcony was mind-blowingly beautiful, overlooking the sea, mountains and picturesque town of Poros. The streets were full of friendly cats and whichever way we turned could be considered an artwork by itself. Georgios was quick to answer any questions we had and was an amazing host. I can highly recommended his apartment for anyone visiting Poros, if for a couple of days or a week. Thank you, and Skål!

This was our second time in the apartment and we had a wonderful time again. Super central location and the apartment has everything you need. Alexandros is a great host and helps whenever you have a question. Would come back anytime.

We spent a couple nights at Giorgos’ apartment which is only 10 min walking to old town Nafplio and 5-20 min driving to many ancient sites. Everything was as described and clean. The neighborhood also has a supermarket and bakery very close by. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Nafplio.

Perfect place to stay for relaxing and exploring the area (Epidauros, Mycenae, Nafplio). The apartment is amazing. We loved the scenic panoramic view from the roof top terrace or from the sitting area. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was spotless and clean. We enjoyed a welcome basket with e.g., a great white wine and coffee. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely a place to come back.

Wonderful location with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Nice restaurants at walking distance and free parking on the street. Our flight arrived late at night and Michail had been checking in to ensure easy checkin. Looking forward to future stays.

The accommodation is located directly on a small harbor. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. The apartment was very clean and the communication with the host was very quick and easy. He gave us very good tips for excursions.

This apartment was everything our family of four hoped for and more! It was in a great location, with so many attractions and restaurants within just a few minutes walk. The host was helpful and responsive. And the view, including from both the apartment itself and the rooftop deck, was absolutely incredible! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. We had a great time here ! The location is perfect. There are many restaurants, shops, pharmacies and grocery stores in very short walking distances. The views are absolutely amazing. You certainly won’t find a better place in Athens. We have had many great moments in this penthouse. We hope to be back some day.

Very good place, would highly recommend. Balcony is amazing and everything you need to stay. The neighbourhood is more local area, but perfect if you are okay to cab down to main square, or just want a get away outside of all the commotion. Felt very safe, all doors in building locked, so many levels of security.

The place was a great. It was nice to be on a neighborhood a little away from the crowds. It was peaceful on the terrace. There were two really good restaurants within a block and half. Along with some bakeries, coffee shops and mini markets. Made it very convenient! Place was very clean and comfortable.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment during our family trip to Athens! The Acropolis views are just as spectacular as the photos and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. The A/C also works great, which was a huge bonus because it was quite hot while we were there and so it was very nice to retire to the apartment after a morning of sightseeing and relax in the A/C while still being able to look at those amazing views! The location was excellent: Within in 5-10 minutes you can walk to the neighborhoods of Monastiraki and Plaka or the ancient Agora for sightseeing and tourist things, and in just 2-5m you can be in the neighborhood of Psyrri with tons of amazing eating and drinking options. Despite the great location, it was very quiet at night.
