The property features a vast open field, a private garden, fire pit, southern home, and animal pens housing goats and chickens. Breakfast items provided including farm fresh eggs and muscadine jelly from the garden! A truly wholesome southern experience.

Ideally, my place is good for military personnel who are PCSing to Robins Air Force Base or are TDY on extended orders for 90 days or more. It's about a 15-minute drive to the base. Little league is big down here and this location is good for traveling little leaguers for games. The Perry National Fairgrounds is only a 15 min drive and it hosts the annual Georgia National Fair. It is a 14 min drive to Houston Medical Center where traveling nurses and residents will find a convenient commute.

Ian and Keith and family hosted our camellia groups judges reception at the house, did a fabulous job with that, and it was a big plus for me to be able to stay there overnight, just 5 minutes from where the show was held. The house is impressive, with wonderful 1800-s era craftsmanship, nicely restored and updated. The room and bed were comfortable, bathroom and house very clean and orderly. I slept well. I hope to stay there again.

I’ve stayed at countless Airbnb homes, and I must say Mitch’s Peach Palace is at the top of my list!! The home looked just like the pictures and it felt very homey and comfortable. The decor was very tasteful. Mitch even had large bottles of body wash and shampoo/conditioner in both bathrooms. The snacks and water were also very nice touches. I hope this home is available every time I have to visit Perry.
