Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The village itself is quite remote, being 30 minutes by car from the nearest grocery shops. Our guests enjoy the tranquility of village life and the beautiful scenery. Le Chat Perché is a bright village house in the heart of Tautavel, located in the Corbières Fenouillèdes Regional Natural Park. You will have the 2nd and 3rd floors with a private entrance to the terrace. The plus of this place: Its perched terrace, facing the village and the mountain (partially shaded with its wicker roof). You can enjoy your meals in peace and quiet facing a magnificent view!! An electric barbecue is available.
