House vacation rentals in Pawleys Island

The only thing I want to say and recommend that if the house is available for your time of vacation don’t think twice just get it. Thank you very much Michelle and definitely am visiting your place again .

It was a great location-a stones throw to a grocery store, liquor store, and a cafe. Driving distance to Murrells inlet-a great afternoon spot. House is perfect for multiple families and the pool was perfect! (Especially for stormy evenings)! Can’t wait to visit again!!

Barrett was a great host and the property was as described. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Check-in was smooth. Location was wonderful - a block back from the beach a quick walk or drive to the pier. I would highly recommend adding the golf cart - we loved exploring the area in it and it was a big hit with the kids! I reached out a few times before the trip and Barrett and his team were very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests/questions. The pool was smaller than we expected, but it worked for our young children. There were also no toiletries provided, but I may have missed that in the property description. Overall we had a great experience and I would stay here again. Thanks Barrett!

John and Lissa were so responsive, kind, and accommodating. Their property is beautiful and within a short walking distance to the beach. I would recommend staying at this location.

Came down for a golf trip with 10 of us staying at the house and it was perfect. Pool was a nice touch and it was like a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive down to marshwalk for dinner. Great location and Terra was a great responsive host.

The check-in process was easy. Mary's place is beautiful, clean and cozy!

Our stay at the rental home was amazing. The beach was simply steps away. The owners provided all beach chairs, beach umbrella, rolling cooler & a beach wagon so it was very easy to pack up our gear & go every day. All beach towels were also included. We loved the fenced in backyard, which was perfect for our fur babies. The pool was also amazing. We could not be any happier with the total experience of renting this house. All instructions were clearly communicated in a very timely manner, & any correspondence with the owner was always answered very quickly. The house was very spacious. We had a total of 11 people & 3 dogs for our week long stay & with four bedrooms everyone was more than comfortable. There were also three full bathrooms, which was great & accommodated everyone to shower & get ready on a daily basis. The kitchen was well stocked with plates & silverware along with pots & pans, & it was very nice to see a ton games throughout the house for adults and children to play

Beautiful house in the perfect location. We had everything we could possibly need in one spot. Beach is steps away from the house. The pool and hot tub are wonderful options when you don't want the beach. Lots to do inside for rainy days. Kids loved the xbox. Fully stocked kitchen for family meals. Beds are great! Plenty of room to spread out. Amber is a fantastic host! Hope to be back next year. Best vacation ever!

Great place to stay. Close to a lot of great things to do especially if you have kids you can easily sleep 4 couples in her place. The only thing is with the ease of getting places you pay for it for being right off of Hwy 17 which is a busy road but you couldn’t hear it from the house and you still had lots of privacy. The state park passes are a huge value we spent tons of time there on the beach and it had great trails for bikes or walking. Also having all of the beach gear on location saved us a ton of money from having to buy all of the he chairs and umbrellas etc. I would definitely recommend this place and the owner was very easy to work with.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! It's a gorgeous piece of property and close to everything. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our trip with our dog, Gretta, feel like home away from home. James even had fresh baked cookies waiting! We had a fantastic stay! The location couldn’t be better—literally right across from the beach access, which made things so easy with little kids. The home was spacious and beautiful, easily accommodating our group of 3 families (including 5 toddlers and 2 teens) without ever feeling crowded. The two living room areas and 5 bedrooms gave everyone room to relax. Jonathan was communicative and flexible, even letting us park early so we could hit the beach before check-in. They responded quickly to messages and even provided a beach stroller for the toddlers—a nice surprise! While we brought our own, it would’ve been nice to have some beach gear like chairs, umbrellas, or a wagon provided—just one less thing to pack, especially with kids. But overall the place was amazing, and we’d definitely come back! 100% would recommend! Thank you for having us.

This place has everything you could want for a beach trip. A wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and even beach towels. The 4 block walk to the beach is easy but the golf cart made it much more fun. Public beach access with golf cart parking available on 17th and 21st. If you don’t like the sand, the pool and hot tub are enough. Even board games for rainy days. The only thing that could make this house any better is if it were oceanfront. Thanks again for the nice house to make more memories together.

We had a fantastic stay at Alan and Rita’s place! The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The golf cart they provided was such a great bonus and made exploring the area even more fun and convenient. The beds were super comfortable, and we slept great every night. Allan and Rita were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend their place and would definitely stay again!

It was great staying here. The place was very clean and very nice. The pool and hot tub area provided a great hangout spot and access to the beach was easy and great. If you are looking to have a nice day with a group, I would recommend this place.

Came here to celebrate the wife's birthday, it was exactly as described and pictured. The place was clean and very welcoming "a home away from home." 5 minute walk to the beach and any other stores you need is mins away. Pet friendly and private Adam was friendly and very quick to respond to all questions. His list of recommendations was very helpful when it came to activities. The only small issue we had was the hot tub, something we was looking forward to. There were small bits of sands in it most likely from the last tenants who didn't follow the hot tub rules left on the fences. Other than that our stay here was perfect, would definitely be back again

The house is great, it has everything that is listed, we just didn't like the location. For the price we paid we expected a nicer surrounding and not be in a trailer park. We did like that it was close to the beach. The host communicated well and had a quick response to a small issue that came about. They even reached out to make sure we were good afterwards.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Breanna’s place was beautiful and absolutely perfect for my family vacation. We ended up renting both sides of the duplex to accommodate all of us and loved having the extra space while still enjoying a joint backyard and pool! Not to mention, the area is fantastic. We visited the state park (for free, thanks to the parking pass Breanna provided) and we were within walking distance to many restaurants and bars! Also, the best part was how responsive Breanna was—she was quick to help us with any questions we had and accommodated all of our needs. We will be returning!

The stay at Krista's was absolutely wonderful!😁 🤩 She had everything that we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. 🥣🍿🫖☕🍹🍛🍜Everything that we need was in its own designated space.🙌🏾 She even has games for me and my guest. She truly put much 💭 thought into having her home equiped, for you to feel as if you were right at home. The area was so peaceful 🌸🌿.My group and I are already planning for our next stay🫣💪🏾 at Krista's place.😉💜

Just came here to say the place was exactly as the pictures was very clean & peaceful also the host Rebecca was incredibly amazing with response and my reservation instructions will definitely book with her again in the future
