Very clean house, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay! Perfect for a weekend getaway for 2 people.

We stayed here for a Mother-Daughter weekend for my daughter's 13th birthday with her best friend and her Mom and it was a perfect house. Comfortable, well equipped and close to Georgetown and Pawley's Island. It was on a quiet street and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone coming to Georgetown.

Donna was a pleasure to talk to. She was very generous with check in and check out. I would highly recommend staying here for your future vacation spot.

We enjoyed a restful stay at Suite by the Sea! Host Andrea (and husband Larry and very good boy yellow lab Nugget) are model hosts with such a cozy, well-appointed, peaceful rental. We were in town for a charity golf tournament and this was the perfect “home base” to shower and rest between golf, dining out, shopping the quaint Hammock Shops and exploring famed Brookgreen Gardens. The value for this suite is excellent, as you will find everything you need including a modern sparkling clean bathroom (with really plush towels!), thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, and comfy bed with tons of pillows and bedding. It was so quiet at night we got 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep: worth every penny! :)

The kind of place you'd like to keep a secret but can't because others will appreciate it too. Very very comfortable, quiet and well equipped for our stay. Extremely clean and well kept. We'll definitely be back until our home is completed.

This was our third stay and we feel at home here. Always reliably clean and well cared for. The screened patio with lights and ceiling fans make sitting outside enjoyable at all hours. There are many birds to watch and listen to and we loved seeing geese and herons in the pond. A neighbor mentioned this indicates a lesser concern for gators in the immediate vicinity. I don’t know if that’s something to bank on so we take our walks out front and at the beach :-)

This house exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the listing does not do this home justice. While the pictures are accurate when you walk in it is so much more! The home was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, Allison left cookies and provided coffee and coffee supplies making us feel welcome. I loved the large yard with the stream behind it. The pool is small but has plenty of room to relax and the landscaping around the pool was beautiful. I had a slight issue on my behalf and Allison accommodated me this I am forever grateful for. Allison also provided a binder of area restaurants, attractions and my favorite church's. Overall I believe this is the absolute best home I have rented in the area.

Anne was a fantastic super-host! She was available for anything we needed, but had provided all we could want and more! There were dog bowls, leashes & treats for our pet. Condo was very comfortable, extremely clean & decorated beautifully. Has a well stocked & equipped kitchen, for preparing fresh seafood meals. Even spices & creamer! As advertised - to say the least. Beach gear included! We highly recommend her home for a wonderful vacay stay! We are looking forward to returning to Nan's Place soon with our pet! Thanks Nan!! ArLisa & Gus

My family and i really enjoyed our stay. The house was very cleaned and felt like home. Jessica and her husband were very kind and was able to help us with any request we needed. We look forward into coming back to sty there when we are in the area.

We came to town on a girls beach trip and this stay was perfect!! The location is amazing, and we felt very safe and comfortable here. The house has all of the basics you’d need. And extra beach towels!! Overall - we will absolutely be back and had a great stay. Karl was a 10/10 host, he was great at checking in to make sure we were comfy and always responded quickly!!

Beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean property. Easy walk to the marsh walk area, yet quiet and peaceful. This was a nice house to share with a family group, with a big open common space, and two screened porches for quieter times. We didn't use the golf cart but that's a nice extra for those who would like. Love the hammock too!

This place was absolutely amazing! So beautiful, clean, warm and inviting. The owners truly thought of everything, right down to the tiniest of details. My 3 grown children, spouses , 3 young grandchildren and my husband and I all had the best time swimming in the pool (loved the shallow, lounge area for the babies) playing pickleball and just cooking and lounging inside the house. I highly recommend this home and will definitely be renting again in the future!

We had a wonderful winter beach stay at Gardenia with our family of 5. It was well stocked with toys and books for young children. It was extremely clean and decorated beautifully including high-end linens. The outside staircase makes it difficult to use the downstairs king bedroom if you have young children but we made it work. It is across the street from the beach and creek boat ramp, which was extremely convenient. Lots of attention to small details made it feel like home! Anna was friendly and very responsive. We would definitely book again!

The place is clean and convenient to a lot of destinations. We were here for a wedding which was a right across the freeway but it’s 10 min from the state park and a couple of blocks from the beach. There are so many things in the shed, like beach chairs, toys and wagon. Our 3 and 1 year old enjoyed the stay and so did we.

Shari was there to meet us after a long drive and she immediately interacted and bonded with our littles while showing us the house and space. She was easily available for any questions and came outside if she saw us playing to check-in. She had gates, a crib, high chair and toys ready and out for us as well as beach supplies. This all made a long drive easier with less packing to squish in the car. Thanks!

The house was exactly how it was described. Very clean. Spacious. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of room. Supplies were plentiful. Pool and outdoor space was great. Would highly recommend!!! Only negative was drive to the beach. But that had nothing to do with the accommodations.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! It's a gorgeous piece of property and close to everything. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our trip with our dog, Gretta, feel like home away from home. James even had fresh baked cookies waiting! John and Lissa were so responsive, kind, and accommodating. Their property is beautiful and within a short walking distance to the beach. I would recommend staying at this location.

Stop scrolling and book with Matt! A beautifully maintained historical home in Georgetown! Matt was flexible and responsive with fabulous hospitality!

Our stay at the rental home was amazing. The beach was simply steps away. The owners provided all beach chairs, beach umbrella, rolling cooler & a beach wagon so it was very easy to pack up our gear & go every day. All beach towels were also included. We loved the fenced in backyard, which was perfect for our fur babies. The pool was also amazing. We could not be any happier with the total experience of renting this house. All instructions were clearly communicated in a very timely manner, & any correspondence with the owner was always answered very quickly. The house was very spacious. We had a total of 11 people & 3 dogs for our week long stay & with four bedrooms everyone was more than comfortable. There were also three full bathrooms, which was great & accommodated everyone to shower & get ready on a daily basis. The kitchen was well stocked with plates & silverware along with pots & pans, & it was very nice to see a ton games throughout the house for adults and children to play

A delightful place to stay. It has a rustic feel to it yet nice modern amenities. The beds and bed linens were of great quality and comfort. The host is very friendly and very responsive to needs. Only downside is there is some road traffic noise that can be heard in front rooms. Other than that a great place to stay and wonderful host!
