Everything about the bnb was perfect and exactly what was described on the listing. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. It did not disappoint , would definitely consider staying here if I come back to Georgia.

Location was outside of the busier parts of Atlanta but easy to drive to restaurants and shops close by. Would stay here again!

It was a little hard locating the property, but Marquese provided clear and helpful directions. We really appreciated walking into a home that smelled and look clean. Comfortable space. Helpful and friendly host.

Wonderful Stay in Marietta Townhouse! I had a fantastic time at this 2 bed, 1.5 bath Marietta townhouse. The location is perfect, with easy access to downtown and nature trails. The interior is beautifully decorated, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the outdoor patio is a lovely addition. The host was responsive and attentive. Highly recommend this gem for a memorable stay in Marietta!

I loved every second of my stay at Jodice unit. Spacious & clean. Quiet neighborhood. Ended up having to turn the heat on when it got a little chilly but the heated worked great and it stayed at what I set it. Easy access to the lock box. Near some good food spots. Overall 10/10 and I will be booking again! Thank you jodice for making my first Airbnb experience fantastic ❤️!

Great host and house, would stay there again!

We were relocating to the area and needed a place to stay. This place was absolutely perfect for our needs. We felt right at home. It has absolutely everything you need and everything you don't think you'll need. We enjoyed how clean and tidy the house was especially after driving 30 hours and staying at various hotels. James was very helpful, responsive and respectful. The home was located in the perfect area for our house hunting. Thank you for allowing us to be in your home!

The place was definitely worth the money beautiful home and very friendly host not overly bothersome just made sure we got checked in and everything was as supposed to be place has a nice workout room and message chair sauna was awesome very nice house. I didn’t stay there my guys did but I checked the place out and it was definitely one of the nicer places I thought with the gym and sauna and all hot tub was out of order but other then that everything was as described and place was nice would definitely recommend trying the place out thank you for sharing your place with us and being awesome host!! Hope to staying again if where back in the area thank you!!!

We had a nice family vacation at this house. We were in town for 10u baseball event and house was centrally located. We enjoyed the quiet area and pool at the house. We would easily book again. Amber was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

This was my first AirBNB experience. Melissa was very responsive. The entire property looked EXACTLY like the photos. We met Michael out in passing and he asked if we were ok or needed anything. The community was nice and quiet. I loved how they were very responsive and always asked if there was anything we needed. We will be booking again soon.

Whenever our family travels, we always look for an Airbnb that gives us enough space to relax, unwind, and enjoy our time together and this home checked all the boxes! The layout was perfect for us to spread out: whether it was watching TV, cooking in the spacious kitchen, stepping outside into the backyard, or getting a good night’s sleep. Our kids especially loved having a nice-sized TV in each bedroom, and we appreciated the quiet and privacy of the secluded subdivision. The backyard was also a great bonus plenty of room for the kids to play and for us to relax. This home was definitely worth the money, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend it to family and friends!

Alicia and her team went above and beyond! I needed room for family traveling from another state for my daughter’s graduation and they made sure it was special with balloons, flowers and a card for the graduate! Too sweet!! They took our special occasion and made it feel even more special and I appreciated that more than I can say. Their home was so comfortable, amazing selection of coffee to get us going in the morning and emergency snacks which came in handy after some longs days and late nights. I highly recommend this home if you’re visiting the area. It will feel like a home, not just a house. Side note- your landscaping is beautiful too!!

Truthful advertising comfy house and fantastic outdoor spaces. Take this house if you want to enjoy an evening outside around the fire pit.
